Honestly, you don't need any more fitness advice. You don't need any more healthy food options. If you aren't seeing results in your health, you really just need to believe in yourself. More and more, this is what I'm realizing it truly comes down to. And this is something I feel like I'm one of the best at. I've always had the belief when it comes to fitness, which then helped me transition to also becoming healthy. Where I struggle is believing in myself in other areas. Money, for instance. It's just something I've never had built into me. I know its something I can work on though.
