More and more, this is what I'm realizing it truly comes down to. And this is something I feel like I'm one of the best at. I've always had the belief when it comes to fitness, which then helped me transition to also becoming healthy. Where I struggle is believing in myself in other areas. Money, for instance. It's just something I've never had built into me. I know its something I can work on though.
