Topics mostly include mindset, training and current coaching philosophies but can easily veer off into random topics that come up in the ultra endurance world. Chris coaches endurance athletes, whether for organized events such as Ironman and Ultras or extreme events that are defined by the athlete along with Chris.

Episode 127: When you struggle, you are training “When you struggle, you are training.” This is training, not exercising. Therefore, it should be uncomfortable and difficult.
