Starting as a high school athlete, he advanced to collegiate athletes and played basketball at Yale. He continued post graduate school at Harvard Business School and was hired by Goldman-Sachs. Seeking more challenges in life, he joined the Navy via OCS and graduated SEAL training - staying active for 5 years. As an entrepreneur he created the Fit Deck (https://fitdeck.com) and became a Fire Fighter. Yes - He was also on Shark Tank! How did he do all these things? You learned how to PREPARE! Seeing a need in the college prep world, Phil started a training program for both parents and students on the process of preparing students for the pipeline of events required to achieve collegiate goals.
