Purple Gecko Cocktail | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 711

The Purple Gecko, turns out not so purple because we forgot the 1 oz. of Cranberry Juice. So, if you do that perhaps you'll get a nice purple and a bit more dryness in the flavor profile. In many ways, this tastes much like a standard margarita, but it could use a bit of agave nectar to go into that direction. In other ways, once cranberry juice is added, you're closer to that of the Pink Cadillac Margarita.  Milk & Friends | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 573

A rumchata cocktail for those fans of the cream rum! This makes a good holiday cocktail for those that don't want to jump into the world of eggnog. A creamy carrot cake / horchata flavor and the orange really plays well in the combination with a nice cinnamon nuance. If you like rumchata you'll probably enjoy this cocktail.  The Bullfrog, with Red Bull Energy Drink | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 689

Our second red bull cocktail of the week (since we had a can we might as well use all of it). The Bullfrog tries to duplicate the works of a Long Island iced tea but brings in curacao and a half can of red bull. Will it hold up with all those ingredients and no juice to balance out the sharp alcohols and energy drink?  Southern Redberry Cocktail | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 781

The southern redberry, a 'ruby red grapefruit' colored drink with lots of dry and odd sour flavor. Neither of us really cared for the flavor profile, although with a bit of Orinoco bitters, we were able to balance it out a bit better. Both of us agree that the sweetness could be a bit better, the red bull isn't helping too much. This drink makes you thirsty.  Chocolate Cake Shooter | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 882

The Chocolate Cake shooter was on the show five years ago, today we remake it in full 1080p60 resolution. And, you know what? It still tastes like chocolate cake. Isn't science fun!? The original episode, aired in 2009 with AwesomeDrinks as a sponsor. We used Three Olives Vodka and Frangelico and we did the same here. The only thing missing was our sponsorship of Cavalino tequila. Plus, if you look hard enough, you may see Ian's nipple.  Long Island Iced Tea Cocktail | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 746

The legendary Long Island Iced Tea, a cocktail that has not existed through the classic era but has definitely become a classic in many people's book. The easy tasting flavor that has an ice tea appeal, color and lack of intense alcohol flavor. The cocktail doesn't have too much additional alcohol over many other cocktails, but it still brings a good 3 oz. in a single drink. The Long Island Iced Tea doesn't hurt a person, it's the follow up request that starts to cause the hurt.  Apple Core Cocktail | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 737

This cocktail isn't as sweet as a hard cider here in the US. Our basic "Apple Cider" is non-alcoholic. This is a simple cocktail design, easy to build and explore on your face; use your favorite cider. The flavor profile of apple cider and cinnamon toast combined.  Beachcomber's Hawaiian Style Mai Tai | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 786

This recipe, submitted by Søren in Denmark, a derivative of a Don Beach Comber recipe with Horror Infused Bitters. This recipe totally play's in the tiki realm quite well, with a bit of a Horror Infused Mai Tai feel but with a completely different set of ingredients. This would probably go best in an ugly bad ass tiki.  Caribou Lou Cocktail Designed by Tech N9ne | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 641

The Caribou Lou, a cocktail we made years ago but didn't give proper credit to Tech N9ne as a viewer submitted the recipe and never gave us the source. Here it is, in all its glory. Basic, yet powerful, simple yet bright on color. This drink wasn't intended to be created by a master mixologist. But, many of the great recipe combinations that exist were regular folks making a simple cocktail that they liked.  Dirty Little Shots, Fan Appreciation Month | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 649

Today is our last official day of Fan appreciation and we create a cocktail that doesn't go into Derrick's wheel house, but he does it anyway. The Dirty Little Shots, for those that like the concept of a martini in a small shooter. Salty brine of olive along side the flavorless vodka and you're only going to experience a salty vermouth flavor. Derrick think the vermouth tastes better than the shot.  Grommash Cocktail, Warcraft Fan Appreciation Month | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 838

Today we take a World of Warcraft themed cocktail and show it off on the show. This cocktail, submitted by Spirit Cocktails, fits their typical pop culture theme, as it represents the latest World of Warcraft Expansion: Warlords of Draenor. Plus, it's a pink cocktail so it looks cool. This drink should be more powerful on the palate than it is, with the overpoof rum, but it turns out to be a bit more balanced probably due to the use of grenadine and some sour mix to distract the face hole.  Ambassador's Morning Lift, Fan Appreciation Month | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 601

The Ambassador's morning life is a cocktail with eggnog, as requested by one of our fans that said "make me your favorite drink with eggnog." Considering my favorite drink with eggnog is, in fact, simply eggnog, we went searching for a cocktail with eggnog. That cocktail with eggnog is: The Ambassador's Morning Lift. Is it our favorite? Who knows, this is the first time trying it, but hey, it's not bad. Support The Show: http://patreon.com/cmc Double Old Fashioned Glasses: http://bit.ly/1plqDbY Ambassador's Morning Lift 4 oz.  Gleaming the Ice Cube, Fan Appreciation Month | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 563

Gleaming the Ice Cube, a recipe submission but Curtis McMillan, one of our long time fans of the show turned co-host. Curtis creates a drink that takes bitters out of the "dashes" and into a traditional ingredient, yet keeps this drink well balanced and easy to consume. Of course, it's not for everyone, while Ian and Derrick liked it, Jen was not a fan--perhaps the ingredients just didn't work for her. But, if you like bourbon and bitters, you'll probably find this drink fits your needs, while highlighting each ingredient independently yet cohesively.  1775 Rum Punch, Fan Appreciation Month | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 596

This cocktail brings on the sweet pineapple flavor with a little rich dark flavors hidden within its taste. The dark rum is well hidden and offers no real burn factor as you sip. A great concept for a sweet-forward punch. If you're a fan of pineapple juice, if you like sweeter drinks than this is the punch you may want to be drinking. It is simple in design and does not require too many ingredients to hunt down.  Irish Breakfast, Fan Appreciation Month | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 693

Today we make a cocktail that tastes a bit like breakfast even thought it has Jameson in it. The butterscotch is nice, the flavor of breakfast minus the bacon, but there is a bit of smokey flavor profile going on, but we're not sure why. Easy to make, flavorful shot, make it and tells us what you think. CMC Shot Glasses: http://bit.ly/UmSW2k Classic Shot Glasses: http://bit.ly/1sCS8T3 Irish Breakfast 1 1/2 oz. Jameson, 1 1/2 oz.
