The After Air, A White Cocktail (Not Pink) | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 719

Okay, so this drink isn't pink like Derrick thought. The After Air, submitted by Jennifer was supposed to air during the Cancer Awareness week but, because it wasn't pink, it was pulled from the show for that week--which explains why it's white. This is a drink for someone who doesn't mind the taste of alcohol, as the cranberry vodka (or as Ian said, "Cranberry juice") does come out a lot in the finish. You'll get a thicker texture thanks to the cream but even the licor 43 can't hide the vodka effect.  The Cruzan Confusion with Cruzan Rum | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 690

The Cruzan Confusion, I've heard many recipes called by the name, this one comes directly from Cruzan so it must be their official version. Although some bars will pour five or so flavored rums into a bucket and call it the Cruzan Confusion. You be the judge, is this cocktail worth holding the name Cruzan Confusion? It's easy to make if you have Cruzan Mango and Cruzan Coconut (and a tad pineapple juice). Thoughts? Support CMC: http://patreon.com/cmc Wide Old Fashioned Glasses: http://bit.ly/1aRhGEL The ok.  The Wolf Bite Shooter | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 852

The wolf bite, apparently the exact same cocktail as the Zombie Bite (linked below), must be a lucid absinthe design considering it calls for it..and it's the second drink with the exact same ingredients. Absinthe lovers rejoice. A roller coaster of crazy flavor, this reminds Derrick of a Pearl Harbor dipped in black licorice. Wolf Bite 1 oz. Lucid Absinthe, 1 oz. Midori, 1 oz. Lemon-Lime Soda, 1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice, Drizzle Grenadine

Coldcock Herbal Flavored Whiskey Review | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 853

Today we take a look at Coldcock, a herbal flavored whiskey. Found online for under $25, we found Coldcock to be a flavorful of a bit sweet whiskey that seems to fit somewhere in the Drambuie and Southern Comfort realm of flavored spirits. While there are probably cocktails you can create with coldcock, just like there are for things like Southern Comfort or other flavored whiskey, Ian believes he'd enjoy it most with a bit of ice and nothing else. So, perhaps Coldcock is the recipe? The name is a bit misleading, this isn't an ultra potent whiskey that will knock your socks into another dimension, it has more flavor than that and probably more versatility because of it. Don't think this is a gimmicky product that's designed just to get you drunk, at 35% ABV it fits many other categories of infused whiskeys and flavored vodka. A bit of honey, spices and such, Coldcock reminds us closer of a spiced rum than an ultra potent bottle of whiskey.

Between the Sheets, Cocktail Revisited | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 745

While we've done the IBA version of this cocktail, it's not really anything like this recipe, that Between The Sheets recipe was more like a lemonade while this one is more herbal flavored sour with Benedictine. This build is still a bit sour much like the IBA version of Between the Sheets, but much less rum-flavored and probably a little less boozy compared to the other we have done.  Dark 'N Stormy Christmas Eve Cocktail | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 618

Time to make a Dark 'n Stormy Christmas Eve Style. How does one do that? With Jagermeister Spice of course! In most regards this taste much like a Dark 'n Stormy, although Derrick prefers a bit more of a lemon juice in his Dark 'n Stormy recipe designs, this one brings in a bit of a "holiday spice" in the form of subtle vanilla from the Jagermeister Spice. However, it's much more overpowered with the ginger beer addition. Dark 'N Stormy Christmas Eve 2 oz. Black Spiced Rum, 1 oz. Jagermeister, 12 oz. Ginger Beer

The Delheim Cocktail | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 915

The Delheim, a cocktail lost in our Fan Appreciation Month that should have got done during military appreciation week. Unfortunately it fell under my table, but I've recovered it and here it is for all the glory! Finally, a cocktail not entirely ruined by the use of Dr. Pepper. It can be done! Of course, as a general note of warning, drinking strawberry vodka by itself can be not so great.  Honey I'll Be Home For Christmas Cocktail | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 769

A holiday cocktail for your enjoyment, this time we jump back to eggnog as our medium. We take some honey whiskey as well and create a holiday treat for your entire 21+ family! While this cocktail doesn't bring a ton of alcohol burn, the addition of the honey whiskey does thin out the eggnog a bit much; we like our eggnog thicker and full of love. Another holiday cocktail for our roundup before Christmas! This is the Gingerbread House, it is meant to bring the flavor profile of what you'd imagine a gingerbread house would taste! We love ginger, so it's hard to go wrong with this cocktail but it also doesn't bring massive heat so you'll get the right amount of ginger spice to your life.  Yamazaki Japanese Whisky Review, 12-Year Single Malt | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 669

Today we re-review Yamazaki Japanese Single Malt 12-Year Whisky Review because some die-hard whisky tasters were all up in arms over our older review. So, here we go again! Suntory Yamazaki Japanese Single Malt Whiskey, 12 years in age and the Japanese response to Scotch. The distillery, created in 1899, is one of the oldest (if not the oldest) in Japan. Here is their 12-year old single malt whisky offering and our review of it. Yes, Derrick yells a lot and doesn't find Yamazaki to be that impressive. However, there is a bit of a buttery oak flavor profile with a fairly intense back-end alcohol heat. There is a light smoke but not the same style of smoke you'd get out of an Isley scotch. Ian thinks it has a bit of a rice "sake" like flavor as well, but we can't tell if it's just because this is a Japanese Whisky.
