When I first started this journey a year and a half ago I was ringing in at a whopping 360 pounds and after patience and focus, I have been able to lose 100 of those pounds. The struggle is real! Take your Mount Everest and make it into smaller boulders on your way to the top of the mountain. Whether you have been doing this for 5 minutes or 50 years, we all need a push!!
Stop apologizing with empty words and start making changes with actions. You are worth the investment.
How are you feeling on this day after Christmas? Are you feeling like a failure? Are you feeling like you have to go extra hard now that you ate like crazy? How about treating it just like you would any other day on your journey?
Dont beat yourself up over one bad day especially when the important thing is enjoying the moment with those you love. Happy Holidays peeps
Remember to take inventory of what you have in your life and the resources at your disposal ... you are worth it.

The struggles that we go through are nothing but a badge of honor. They are a badge of courage and tenacity. Stop belittling your efforts with human nature negativity. Stop being your own worst critic and start being your largest positive reinforcer.
Take a look at the people that are around you and how they are treating you ... are they supporting your ventures or are they detracting? If they are true friends they will be there for you ... eventually ;)
Remember as we are headed into the holiday season and we are grinding it out at work, take the time to invest in YOU .... breathe, stop and have fun and be awesome.
Why do we, as adults, revert back to the things that failed us in the past? Change the way you do things, change the way you think and change your outcome!
What have we learned from our pasts with vacations and temporary weight gains? Use that to be successful moving forward!
Are you listening and learning every single day or are you so confident in what you are doing that you have become complacent?
Stop comparing yourself and just be true to who you are and be authentic. You are amazing just the way you are.
Remember, you being your authentic self will inspire someone out there ... be true, be kind, and remember ... you may change someone's life without even knowing it.
