Stress is a part of our lives. It’s not a matter of getting rid of it forever, it’s more about learning how to move through it, learn from it and let it go. This is part ONE of a THREE part meditation mini series designed to help you feel more calm and centered and less stressed and anxious. Each meditation is designed to be short and experienced in succession. Although you are welcome to listen to them in any order you choose.
The intention of today’s meditation is to allow you to shed any self-doubt or self-criticism or guilt you might be feeling for not being “perfect,” and surrender to the truth that you are already perfect just the way you are in this moment.
Before you fall asleep tonight, Come with me for a little meditation. A few moments of deep and relaxed awareness that will allow you to bring closure to your day and embrace sleep with open arms.
No matter how challenging things are. No matter how low you feel. No matter how much you’ve lost, nothing can diminish your shine. Nothing can shake your true essence. So the intention of today’s meditation is to remind you of who you are at your core, so you can transcend anything life is throwing at you right now, knowing that you are unshakable.
Welcome to this new day. You are here, in this moment, Ready to start fresh and create anew. So the intention of today’s meditation is to give you a daily practice to set your intentions for the day ahead, so you can be proactive about creating and living into a life you love. That is full of meaning. Full of beauty. Full of gratitude. And full of love.
The intention of today’s breathwork meditation is to practice using your breath to slow down, relax, and energize.
Love expands. It creates more, even when you don’t think more is possible. It opens and raises and deepens and strengthens. It heals, it forgives, it seeks to understand. It seeps into the darkest spaces and shines its light. So the intention of today’s meditation is to consciously let love expand inside of you. So you can heal. So you can grow. And most importantly, so you can share it.
There are millions of thoughts that come through our minds every single day. And some of them are negative. And sometimes, we cling onto those negative thoughts and let them take us down a spiral of negative thinking. So, the intention of today’s meditation is to help you release the negative thinking you might be experiencing right now. Giving yourself permission to let go of negative thoughts that don’t serve you well. So you can find freedom and joy in the space it creates.
Your heart is heavy with emotions. Deep sorrow. Outrage. Fear. Confusion. You’re mortified by the pain and the injustice. Bursting with all of the charged emotions. Your mind is spinning and your body is vibrating. So the intention of today’s meditation is to give you the space to breathe through it all. To honor all the emotions and give them a safe space to live and speak their words of wisdom to you. So you may gain clarity amidst the chaos and the pain.
The intention of today’s meditation is to lull you into the quiet, welcoming clouds of sleep.
Let the love wash over you, beautiful. You are an amazing woman of light. Just the way you are right now. You do not need to be anything more or do anything more to be worthy of your love. You simply must receive the love you deserve. So the intention of today’s meditation is to shower yourself with love. Without conditions. Without limits. And with an immense amount of grace and tenderness.
