Johnny Dare Morning Show

We kick off another week of Johnny broadcasting from Curacao while he helps our good friend George as he recovers from bacterial meningitis...and now Johnny has a bone to pick with Tony Romo's...who knew they still even existed...PLUS he has an update on George's path to recovery!

How does one know that one has "arrived" in this world?? Is it when you get the key to the city? When they name a street after you? Nope and nope. It's when a company like Glow F Yourself makes a chrome butt plug WITH YOUR FACE ON IT!!! Such is the life of our Johnny Dare. It's THE ADULT TOY PRICE IS RIGHT!!!

While George is recovering from his brain procedure and waiting for results from the tests...yesterday was a fairly laid back day, overall....except for one particularly stinky encounter Johnny had...he fills us in on that and more LIVE from Curacao!

We've known that comedian Doug Stanhope is one of the most honest and dangerous stand ups in comedy history for a very very long time...he's one comedian who has truly carved out his own path on his own terms. And now he is, in our opinion, about the break thru to a whole new level with the released of his new film, "The Road Dog"...which has already won him an award for Best Actor from the Hollywood Reels Indie Film Fest. We had a lengthy chat with Doug this morning...and we're convinced that, even if this does change the trajectory of his career...that he'll always be the same fucking malcontent we know and love.

After some concerning MRI results, George's doctors decided that they needed to get some more bacteria cultures...and to do so, they had to drill a hole in his head...which, oddly, didn't end up being nearly as scary as it sounds...Johnny updated us this morning with all the latest shenanigans.

We talked to 84 Michigan native/ skydiver Kim Knor yesterday, but technical issues unexpectedly ended a great conversation....so we got her back on this morning to talk about her quest to make 1000 jumps in her lifetime...and along the way, she may have taught us a thing or two about living your best life.

After the bump in the road encountered the day before, yesterday brought some more hurdles for George to make it over...but hopefully things will be turning for the better with more answers today...Johnny gave us all of the detail this morning.

Our friend George is back in the hospital, his MRI was showing some things that were causing some concern with his doctor, so he's having a procedure this morning so that they can find out more...and thankfully Johnny is there to help and explain it all for us.

Right out of the gate with Queensryche's debut EP, Geoff Tate was heralded as one of the top vocals in metal...then, the band took it to the next level with their platinum selling concept album. "Operation:Mindcrime"....and after parting ways with the band in 2012, he's continued to forge new paths, while remaining one of metal's finest voices. And now, a year after open heart surgery, he's ready to hit the road with his "Big Rock Show Hits Tour"!!

After Sturgis, Johnny hopped on a plane back to Curacao to pick back up where he left off taking care of our friend George who has been recovering from bacterial meningitis...and while the rest of us were on vacation, Dare was takin' care of business! And he gave us an update this morning!

When you come from a racing dynasty as legendary as the Petty family, it would be easy to be pretty full of yourself...but in the case of Kyle Petty, you get a man who is humble as the day is long and someone who is constantly looking for what's next on the horizon...he truly is one of the greats!

Our boy Wheeler Walker Jr is gearing up to release a rockin' new album, "Ram", and has already dropped two new tracks on an unsuspecting public! And if "Dumptruck" and "Money & Bitches" are any indication, this album is gonna be Wheeler's biggest yet!

It's not often you get to talk to someone who is a true legend in their field, but we are lucky enough on occasion to catch up with the truly legendary John Force, and it's always a wild ride! Listen for yourself!
