This was probably my favorite Episode I've ever recorded. I also dive in to some exciting new expansion I'm taking on.  In joy x Kristen

"Don’t be so focused on that one door that won’t open that you miss out on all of the other ones that are wide open and waiting for you to walk through. And that also have more abundance on the other side." - YOU ARE LUMINOUS  As we’re in big creational energies right now I wanted to share another aspect of our power to create and how mastering our inner realms is the key to mastering our outer reality. In this episode I talk all about force vs. ease and flow, and how we sometimes unconsciously block what’s truly meant for us when we stay so focused on only our physical self and it’s desires vs all of the infinite potential that exists for us to receive. I share a big experience I had where I got to see this magic unfold in my own life and how to identify the signs that are showing you you’re out of alignment so that you can move back in to more potential.

February is a 2 month which carries the energies of harmony and balance, and reuniting the divine feminine and divine masculine individually and collectively. The 2 also represents the appearance of polarities in the physical world whereas the soul sees all as love and as one. The 2 asks us to see those things which we must label as less desirable and to honor their importance just as much as that which feels desirable and blissful. This means showing up strong and vulnerable for shadow work, healing of wounds and trauma, and emotional purging. Its asking to see what all of these so called "negative" expressions have to offer us as gifts and portals back to our greatest potential and to learn to not label them which only allows them to be restricted. Hello luminous ones!January 2019 is here and I couldn't be more excited for all of the gifts, the invitations, and the opportunities for change and new creation that this month will be gifting us with! We have 2 powerful Supermoons along with 2 Eclipses that will really be a catalyst to start this year off with new potential. We also will be gifted clarity as to what is no longer of our highest self and what we absolutely desire in order to rewrite it and bring us in to alignment with our Soul's true purpose in this now moment and every good and perfect gift that has always been ours! This is your energy overview for our new Powerful cycle: 2019. 2019 carries a 3 vibration which will be governing all things Self-empowerment, Self-mastery, Sovereignty, Reclaiming one's worth. We will be called to cultivate more balance by re-establishing  and re-proclaiming healthy and loving boundaries for our self as a mirror of this self-worth. These boundaries then reflect physically as our giving and receiving, our physical abundance or the lack of it. As you can see above a lot of these words/themes start with self- hense this will be a time of returning inward. It will be a year of remembering how powerful you are as the Co-Creator of everything in your life.  This means we will be remembering and honoring that we are responsible for everything in our existence, we are the one who has created each and every connection and experience. As we acknowledge this, we sometimes have to face the uncomfortable parts of our self, the parts of us who are still attracting less than, but it this same awareness that also sets us free, free from victim-hood, from blaming others which takes away our power, free to redesign the life of our dreams and free to see the infinite potential before us. This year we're here to let go of the past, to stop allowing it to have control over our future and to command a new story on our highest behalf, IN THIS NOW MOMENT FOR NOW IS ALL WE HAVE, aligned with Oneness and Love. The big physical focus this year will be the Solar Plexus, gut health, along with the heart and throat along with these chakras. We'll be realigning these three in one unified field. I can't wait for all that is going to occur in 2019. It may continue to be challenging, revealing, illuminating, uncomfortable and will really call you to transform into a completely new self-identity, but overall it's going to strengthen you and open you up to a new level of your Divine Self-Expression that you, and the world, has been waiting for! 2018 was an incredibly vital year to our personal and collective ascension. We were blessed with the powerful 11 self-mastery vibration which called us to return to an even more Divine, pure, aligned, and sacred space with in our selves. Because of this call to return so immensely inward and to realign with our Highest selves, we had to clear everything that was hindering this highest potential that exists within us. We had to go ahead and make space for integration of this profound light by releasing the debris, the density, the veils that were hindering the world from seeing what we were truly made of. This call to Oneness manifested in a lot of ways that felt like complete upheaval and destruction so that we could recreate from a new foundation. We were asked to heal deep deep karmic wounds, traumas, fears and most importantly the repression of our Divine self-expression by the lower masculine. We watched this all play out collectively/globally in a massive way as well. Each and every experience was all an invitation to return back to our true love and to let go of the illusion of separation. 2019 is now quickly approaching and I Am so excited for the energy of the year to come. Powerful one, Oh what a year it has been. A year of change, upheaval, awakening, clarity, transitions, rebirth, lots of endings to make way for so many new beginnings and new foundations and there's still more immense support to come with the final illuminating portals in December: 12/12 and 12/21 - the Winter/Summer solstice. This year has really called us to rise up and return home. Our soul has gifted us with so many opportunities to re align with this strength, purity, balance, ONEness, empowerment and love within. Sometimes these opportunities looked like complete destruction, like pain and ache, like feeling lost and isolated, like a new relationship or location, but regardless all that has been placed before us or that has met us this year was a chance for us to resonate with a more divine aspect of our self and to return to our divine feminine wholeness of flow, nurturing and of understanding instead of the lower masculine energies of fear, separation and hate.  x highest blessings

November is upon us and shining down more divine encodements than ever before to reactivate and reawaken all of your limitless potential that has been lying dormant. This is truly a month of balance, illumination, insights, reflections and transformation as we are in the presence of an 11 frequency in an 11 year which so beautifully magnifies the energies of new beginnings, new cycles, a return to our purest blueprint, new foundations, and of course Oneness. We are also, by divine design, still in the midst of powerful Scorpio energy which further supports and intensifies our personal and collective death of all that is no longer serving our highest and a rebirth of that which is held in the reservoirs of our heart and soul. And as each one of us honors our shadows and darkness and brings healing and compassion to the places within that have only known pain, we embody grace and love and send waves of hope out in to the futures that we are co creating with every choice and breath we take.
