Emotions are such an incredible aspect of our totality. They allow us to fully experience our vastness and expanse as a physical being. They are incredible gifts, teachers, blessings, expressions of divine. They are here to serve us. To teach us. To be our guide. In this podcast I'll share ways to step in to nonjudgement of our emotions and how they surface in us and how to see them all as a beautiful part of who we are and how they are here to serve us.
The uncomfortable is uncomfortable. When it shows up, we immediately want to resist. We want to run and hide from it. And by not acknowledging what is has come to teach us, we cause more suffering with in our being. The uncomfortable becomes louder and louder and hurts more and more the longer we postpone the healing. When we learn and make the conscious choice to ease in to that space of uncomfortable expression and befriend it, honor it, acknowledge it, we see it just is here as a form of love and highest growth. It's a gift. Of the highest order. May you have the courage to make peace with your pieces.
I feel its so important to talk about how incredible our soul is. That it always steps in and removes things from our life that are not serving us multidimensionally. Sometimes our physical self makes lower vibrational choices that our soul knows is not the best possible connection we can receive and so on our behalf it protects us by removing this experience so that we can move onwards and upwards. We can perceive this detachment as suffering and pain when we want to control our life experiences.
