On this week’s episode, Brett and Amy get their subway passes out to explore one of the biggest tourist attractions during the last turn of the century and apparently one of the biggest spectral tourist attractions today. Welcome to Brooklyn, NY and the Haunted Green-Wood Cemetery. With a population in the millions and annual deaths of about 50,000, you may wonder where do they go(literally and figuratively), and we have some answers. Harley and Amy are traveling to swamp country, to soak in an oddity that has all the makings of a terrifying thrill ride. Welcome to Prattville, AL, home of the Specters of Bear Creek Swamp. The phenomenon in this area go way back into the past and there is something for everybody. From ghosts to bigfoot and chupacabra to haunted dolls…this place really has it all. There is definitley some weirdness in the swamps her, but Prattville is older than the state of Alabama and there are activities for any taste. This is a road trip that you have to make. In the southwestern corner of Massachusetts Bash Bish Falls drops 80 feet from its summit to a shallow pool and a creek. At the top of the falls, a view extends into New York State’s Taconic State Park. In trying to attain this view, however, 25 people have died from slips while rock climbing or jumping into a seemingly deep but really shallow pool. So, you know, an upbeat show. Join Amy and Brett for a trip along Route 66. Four miles east of Roy’s Motel and Café sign, you can see two large white statues. These solid marble Chinese guardian lions, are spaced a quarter-mile apart in the empty desert. How did these marble beasts end up here? These “foo dogs” or Chinese guardian lions are standing about five feet high and elevated on pedestals. They were first sighted in 2013, and nobody has ever claimed responsibility. Okay, it’s Monday and this is not a full show. We know that it is a little underhanded, but some of us are all thumbs and we fumbled the regular show. We try to take a hands-on approach to our release schedule, but even with all hands on deck the glitches got the upper hand on us.
