Lily - KIng of the Nerds Lily - KIng of the Nerds Break out the Champaign folks! This week we're celebrating our first celebrity interview! Craig and Josh got on the horn with Lily from season 3 of King of the Nerds to chat about her experience this season on the show, her love of cosplay, and then she fires some puns right over Craig's head. And Josh was definitely there, it's just that whoever was operating the sound board twisted the wrong knobs, and buttoned the wrong buttons. This week on The Intermission Podcast Lily from King of the Nerds This week Craig had the opportunity to interview Lily, a contestant on the upcoming episode of King of the Nerds. Some items Lily and Craig discussed: Lily is a teacher who is also a competitive cosplayer She grew up in a costume shop so cosplaying wasn't much of a choice Auditioned for season 2 but apparently didn't make the cut Considered going to prom dressed as Sally Jupiter (How awesome would that have been?!) King of the Nerds airs Friday's at 9 on TBS: Very Funny The Maze Runner Guy watched The Maze Runner and approves. From our discussion on last week's episode, he agrees that the trailers didn't do it justice. However, he does understand why they couldn't give more away. We are looking forward to The Maze Runner sequel, The Scorch Trials, that hit's theaters September 18, 2015. That's this year folks! Taken 3 Taken 3, for some reason Guy enjoyed this film. Craig hasn't seen it, but he doesn't understand how they made two sequels to the original. Hopefully when Corey returns he can shed some light on Taken 3. Until then, Guy says it's good enough to buy on DVD. American Sniper This week Josh watched American Sniper in a near IMAX theater. While he liked the story, he felt that there were places that it theatrically fell short. Corey is likely devastated. The Oscars Next up, we have a short discussion around the Oscars and all the feedback The Academy has gotten in the media lately. As a solution, Guy proposes that we should start our own awards show, The MovieGuys Badass Awards. It has a nice ring to it. In the Heart of the Sea Trailer as introduced by Ron Howard In the Heart of the Sea Trailer - Introduced by Ron Howard Chappie Trailer The guys compare it to Short Circuit meets Bicentennial Man Simpsons Mythbusters Ok, so they only did two myths. That's alright though, because they are now able to go into more detail than what they have in the past. An episode of the Still Untitled: The Adam Savage Project explains the new direction.

Apparently, she has moved out of the holler and into the big city. It's the big city because it has a traffic light. The Interview Typical Seth Rogan / James Franco comedy "They hate us, cause they ain't us" The Maze Runner Surprising Craig really liked it Yes, the maze is moving. Yes, there is a reason. Trust me, give it a chance. Totally ready for the sequel, The Scorch Trials, that comes out this summer! Mythbusters Simpsons Special The Mythbusters season premier debuts this Saturday and guess what? They are debunking Simpsons myths! Craig would like to see them test the time that Bart put a can of Homer's Duff into a paint shaker Corey and Guy don't get it, but who cares, they're idiots. The Mythbusters could potentially do Simpsons myths for the rest of time. Rambo V: Last Blood It's literally called, Last Blood. Should this be the last Rambo? Craig says no, it should go one more, that way there are two trilogies. We are all very, very excited to see Rambo back on the big screen. Corey got a PS4 PS4 vs Xbox One, GO! This week's show: Corey calls in to review John Wick. Yeah, he wasn't around. He was a sports something or other. Our Texas correspondent attended an air show. With this week's leak of the Avengers 2 Trailer, we yet again revisit the discussion as to whether or not things like this leak on purpose. Is that Kevin Spacey we see in the new Call of Duty Trailer? We get our first look at the Halo TV Show (Nightfall) Trailer. It's official, Step Brothers 2 has just about everything it needs to happen. And finally, wait until you hear Guy's reaction to Craig's story about trying Kopi Luwak coffee. Or as Guy says "cat shit coffee."

On this week's episode, Guy does the unthinkable and tries vegetables! Well, it was a V8 juice, but in his mind it was still considered a vegetable. Also on this weeks show, the guys discuss Fury, Occulus, The Flash cast, and other stuff. Enjoy the show!

I must say, we had a really hard time explaining the concept of the list to Guy and Corey, but they finally figured it out, or at least they pretended to. The idea of the list is a bunch of movies that we consider must watch films. The list will always been changing, and most importantly, will be ranked by MovieGuys fans like you!
