Intermission Podcast

Summary: The Intermission podcast is a look into the world of movies from four friends, who really have no business running a podcast. The podcast is primarily movie related, but often the Movie Guys will get sidetracked, and discuss anything that may be happening in their lives at that given moment. Video games, comics, trailers, and a little genre they like to call "other".

It's time for a very special episode of the Intermission Podcast, the Walking Dead-isode! Corey and Guy just could't wait to record this one, so we made sure to make it happen before the premier on Sunday. This episode is very entertaining even if you don't watch the Walking Dead. We discuss everything from lightsabers, to Where's Waldo. Warning: Spoilers ahead! If you don't watch the Walking Dead you may find some spoilers in this episode. You've been warned. In This Episode In this episode we center the discussion around The Walking Dead, however it is still about 50% other. Craig, who has barely seen three episodes, voices his issues with the series, which include a severed hand, cars that explode because they get a flat tire, and best friends taking advantage of a dead husbands wife. The following questions are asked, and answered in a way: Can zombies reproduce? (as in sex) Are there baby zombies What animals have an actual penis "bone" What weapons would you want in a zombie apocalypse And most importantly, do lightsabers have batteries?

Gravity and Super Cars: Ep 5 – Intermission Podcast | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:07:11

This week the guys went and watched Gravity, and are pleasantly surprised. While talking about the trailers for The Fifth Estate, and the documentary We Steal Secrets, Guy get's confused and doesn't realize they are the same movie. Proving that current events that don't happen in the past 2 weeks are forgotten. Somebody please email us (podcast@movieguys.org) with the proper pronunciation of K3loid. Which Guy is disappointed is not a feature length film. A conversation about Ultron quickly escalates into a debate over whether or not there should be an Ant Man movie. Corey and Guy give us a long past due review of Riddick. There is new Dumb and Dumber To news, the kid is back. This is really turning into a Guy episode, while Craig is talking about Ted 2, he get's confused thinking its Bill and Ted. A new teaser for Godzilla was leaked. Guy and Corey were the only two to see the trailer, they seemed pretty excited. The discussion quickly turned to Godzilla 2000, and Guy's discuss for him being killed by just two missiles. No matter how high tech they were. I, Frankenstein looks to be a disappointment Aaron Eckhart wouldn't be a terrible Frankenstein, he just needs to work on his makeup a bit. A few stitches just doesn't cut it. He needs to look more pieced together, less just bandaged up. The question "Where do used super cars go?" is raised. Seriously people, where do used super cars go? And finally, we talk about Gravity. Unfortunately we couldn't do this without including some spoilers. So if you haven't seen the film, and don't want it ruined, you'll need to skip the ending. Don't worry, we will warn you before we jump in.

It's that time again! We're back with episode 4 of the Intermission Podcast! On this weeks episode we talk about Agents of Shield, Dumb and Dumber To, Arrested Development, and random other stuff. In This Episode The guys discuss Rob Zombie's Lords of Salem, Guy and Corey rate it a "C" for good cinematography. Dumb and Dumber To Guy proposes that they should make an Ace Ventura 3, Craig disagrees... A discussion on Medieval Times leads Guy to proclaim that if you microwave babies you should get a pyramid up the butt. Craig and Josh discuss their latest trip to the movies in which we watched Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2. While Craig and Josh were watching movies, Guy and Corey were out dragon boat racing. They didn't do very well, but they had a good time talking about it. A debate breaks out as to whether or not the new Lego movie is CGI or claymation. We all agree that Agents of Shield was a disappointment. Craig tells everyone how to tell if a woman is a lesbian. Escape from Tomorrow's guerrilla filming tactics amaze the Movie Guys. The discussion leads Guy to start fantasizing about a naked Jasmine. Corey shares a near death experience giving a random person a ride through a drive-through. Guy gets nervous talking about the trailer for Big Ass Spider.

We're back for another episode of the Intermission Podcast! This episode is by far our funniest episode. If you don't listen to anything else today, listen to the first 10 minutes and hear Guy and Corey discuss the Discovery show, Human Planet. Trust me, it's worth it. In This Episode: Guy and Corey talk about Chuck Norris' son, Derje. This stems from a recent episode of Discovery's show, Human planet. This is the most interesting discussion in Intermission Podcast history! The Guys discuss the new red band trailer for Machete Kills. Guy thinks that it's Mel Gibson's comeback film, but everyone else thinks Guy's opinion is stupid. Craig thinks that "The Dude" is in the trailer for Hellbenders. It's one badass trailer, but he was way wrong about the main character (who is not Jeff Bridges). A GTA-V discussion leads to a debate with Guy about a College Humor video being real or not. Is break dancing good movie theater etiquette? The topic of a Metallica movie turns into a verbal assault between Craig and Guy. Somehow we get on the topic of the "Vaportini". And other stuff!
