We talked a bit about feet, locked kneecaps, plantar fasciitis, and the importance of going barefoot. Check this out, from wikipedia There’s some interesting info over at this wikipedia page, including ‘Feet that have never worn shoes never exhibit problems such as bunions, corns, and ‘fallen arches’, as well as having a much reduced incidence of problems such as callouses.’ Not that wikipedia is a solid source, and I hope these ideas go more mainstream. The idea that feet need shoes to solve problems is getting old.
