 Bonus Pod #8: Gratitude v. Poverty | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 30:43

I spend a great deal of time talking to my clients and writing on this site about the importance of having a disposition of gratitude. In this podcast I share a bit of the science of what is going on when we feel both gratitude and poverty. [Note: in this discussion poverty is any feeling of lack, not just not having enough money.] When we understand what is going on in the body when we feel these emotions and how these emotions effect our choices it becomes much easier to see the places we can apply tapping for healing.

 Bonus Pod #7: Grounding Process | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 23:54

This is one of my favorite processes. I teach it in my advanced class as an example of both guided imagery and parts work. I do this process at least one a week myself. The first time I did it I was amazed at the information my system gave me. In this version of it Jessica of the Tapping Insiders Club ask me a few questions about the process and then you can just tap right along with it.

Pod #22: Tapping Insiders Club – Ask The Expert | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 48:39

Each month the Tapping Insiders Club does an "Ask The Expert" interview where they pose questions from their members to a tapping practitioner. For the month of December I was asked to field these questions. In this interview Jessica Ortner asks me questions from total tapping beginners to questions from practitioners.

 Pod #21: Zapping Cravings w/ Pat Carrington | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 32:00

One of the most common uses of tapping is weight release and craving control. In this interview Pat talks about the basic steps we need to take to be success in weight release. After giving this overview Pat talks emotional eating and then talks in very specific term about the mindless eating we do and how we can use tapping to deal with the craving eating and the habitual eat (e.g. eating every time we watch tv).

Pamela shares some of the lessons she learned co-editing the book "EFT and Beyond"

Pod #19: Color, Emotions, and the Holidays with Catherine Poole | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 26:02

Holidays are very busy emotional times. The last 10 weeks of the year are jam packed with holidays, each with their own special meaning and traditions. Each holiday also has its own color palette. From the oranges of Halloween to the reds and greens of Christmas, these color haven't happened by accident, but also carry the meaning of the holiday. In this podcast I talk to "The Queen of Color" Catherine Poole about what each color means emotionally and how by being aware of this we can keep our over eating and over spending in check while being open to the love and connection of the holiday.

Pod #18: Work Related Stress Effects On Performance, Health, & Emotional Well Being w/ Lynne Shaner | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 29:46

We spend as much as 1/2 of our waking hours at work, thinking about work, or commuting. In this podcast I talk to Lynne Shaner about why it is so important to deal with work related stress. We talk about a whole ranges of topics when it comes to work related stress and the very easy ways in which we can use tapping to deal with work related stress not only at work but also at home after the work day.

Bonus Pod #6: Tapping For Immune System Health | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 16:34

One of the most common questions I get this time of year is "How do I tap to deal with cold and flu season?" In this bonus podcast I have created a tap along audio that shows you my three favorite ways to deal with immune health.

 Bonus Pod #5: Process Instructions | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 8:38

In a previous article I talked about Process Instruction as a way of finding root issues and resources for transformation. I received a number of questions about the article. The concept itself is a little esoteric and as a technique it is far less straightforward in comparison to many of the other tools featured on this site.

Pod #17: Bridging From Physical Feelings To The Emotion and Memories That Are Underneath | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 20:30

In the podcast I share part of a client session around the issue of quitting smoking. Even if you are not a smoker you are going to find this very helpful and informative. This session provides a number of very clear examples of how we can bridge from a physiological feel (in this case the desire to smoke a cigarette) to thoughts and memories from the past.

Bonus Pod #4: When The Body Is The “Enemy” and Weight Release Is A “Battle” | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 10:56

Often times we treat our body as the enemy and working our way back to being healthy as a battle. We feel betrayed, hopeless, and frustrated by our body. When we do this we are turning on our self. As hard as it is to believe, our body us in this state because the system believes this is the best state we can be in. It either believes we can get no healthier or it believes by being in our current state it is going to keep us safe. Once we recognize that we are our body and that our body is trying to function in a way that is best it then becomes possible to work with our bodies to move down the paths to greater health and well being.

Bonus Pod #3: When We Carry Burdens For Others | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 4:33

It is difficult for us to see the people we love suffer. Often we don't consider the consequences when we rush in to help. Our need to bring peace and comfort can over riders all other thoughts and consideration. This is not always the healthiest choice for our self in the short and/or long term. Sometimes when we choose to help we do so by taking on the burden of our loved ones. Many times we can carry these burdens for years. Often we don't even realize this is case or we have taken on these burdens when we were very very young, having no memory of choose to takes these burdens on. When the burdens of others have been a part of our lives for so long they feel like they are a part of us and we don't realize they are something that can be released.

Pod #16: EFT and the Brain w/ Robert Kendall | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 27:01

In this episode we discuss how tapping affects the brain and the biochemistry of the body. It is one thing to know that it is possible for us to tap and find relief, but it something complete different to understand what is going on inside the body. When we understand what is going on in the brain and in the biochemistry of the body (and how this effects the way new cells are produced) it allows us to do two things. First, it can help us to tailor our tapping in such a fashion that we can get the most out of the tapping session because we can do it in a more effective way. Second, it helps us to understand the way the body changes so we can more clearly track our progress and maintain realistic expectations of how the healing process is going to unfold.

Bonus Pod #2: How A Parent Can Tap For Their Child | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 10:09

I am asked all the time by parents about how they can surrogately tap for their children. There is a great deal of confusion around what to say and what to focus on.

Pod #15: Tapping for Financial Success w/ AnaMaria Herrera | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 31:05

In this day and age financial success seems to be on everyone's mind. For those of us who have been doing change work we know there is much more to this than just the money in our bank account.
