Bonus Pod #15: Setting Up Working On Goals | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 6:30

I was recently working with a client on using Emotional Freedom Techniques(EFT)/tapping to help him to go after some major goals in his life. There wasn't a particular issue that needed to be addressed, but instead he was looking for a way to set himself up to go after his goals. We did just a few minutes of tapping. When we were done he felt at peace and was ready to go after his goals for the day (and his long goals). Right as we finished the tapping he said, "You need to share this as one of your bonus podcasts," so here it is. This is less than 7 minutes long, but it is good stuff. I hope it helps you to get after your goals today as well.

Pod #45: Three Step Approach To Surrogate Tapping w/ Gwyneth Moss | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 39:20

One of the questions I get the most often into the site is about surrogate tapping. In this interview Gweneth explains how she came to understand the power of surrogate tapping and a very elegant three step approach that anyone can do any time. Over the course of the interview we talk about surrogate tapping for animals as well as people. We even spend a little time talking about if we need to get permission to tap surrogately for someone else.

Pod #44: Interviewing, Being Interviewed and Lessons Learned w/ Jessica Ortner | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 33:13

Over the past few years I have been lucky to get to know Jessica Ortner through a number of different projects. She has just a wonderful spirit and joy. I asked her if she would be willing to be interviewed for the podcast and she was a little bit hesitant. She is very good at doing interviews, but being interviewed isn't something she is use to. Over the course of the conversation we talk about how to do a do interview and how to do a good job when being interviewed. We also spend a good deal of time talking about some of the lessons she has learned from all the great people she has gotten the chance to interview. That was my favorite part of the interview because she shares some great wisdom.

Pod #43: Getting Out Of Your Own Way | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 20:27

Most of the time the problem isn't knowing what we want (thought sometime getting a clear picture of what we want is hard). More often than not the problem is taking the steps that we know we should take to move forward. In these cares there are fears and limiting beliefs that are preventing us from moving forward. In this podcast I share with you a very simple 10-step process that will help to uncover the fears and limiting beliefs that are preventing you from having what you want in your life. When you ask these 10 questions your limiting beliefs with quickly present themselves let you tap them away.

Pod #42: Carrying Burdens For Others and Generational Work | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 22:16

Bonus Pod #14: The Past, The Future, and Now | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 7:44

One of my clients recently asked me, "What is the end game to this tapping thing?" What he meant by the question is besides the constant improvement of our lives (which is no small thing), where does tapping lead us? What is the final goal? This is a really interesting questions. This bonus podcast is my reflection on this point. I would love to hear your response to my thoughts. Please add your thoughts in the comments below.

 Pod #41: Power of Forgiveness | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 24:00

One of the most powerful tools in transformation is our ability to forgive ourselves and others. When we forgive we are not saying it is ok. We are not saying we want to have the same thing happen again. What we are saying is that we are choosing to no longer be emotionally entangled in the past. Forgiveness is one of the steps of moving from reliving to remembering. In this show we will explore the power of forgiveness and how we can us tapping to make forgiveness of others and ourselves an important part of our transformation.

Bonus Pod #13: Something That Needs A Cool Name, But Doesn’t Have One | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 4:56

This is a technique that I developed from some of the resources from Quantum Techniques. I use this with many of my clients at the end of sessions, especially when we have done powerful work. This is a great way to relax anytime of day, but is perfect for the end of the day or right before bed time. The techniques is less than three minutes long and after you listen to it once you will have it mastered because it is so easy.

Bonus Pod #12: Tapping For A Better Night Sleep | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 14:16

It seems like every client I have been working with for the last week and a half has asked me about tapping to help them to sleep. Daily stress is a very common cause for disrupting sleep because the system is busy trying to solve the problems of the previous day and is consumed with the worries of tomorrow. In this very simple tap-along audio you will get the chance to prepare the system for a great night of rest and relaxation. Not only do we spend time with being physically tired but also with emotional exhaustion and mental fatigue.

Pod #38: EFT/Tapping, Religious Traditions, and Spiritual Practice | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:01:20

One of the conversation I have most often around Emotional Freedom Techniques(EFT)/tapping is how do it relate to religious traditions and spiritual practice. The questions range from is it okay to tap based on my religion/belief system to can tapping help my spiritual practice. I was interviewed by TapFest host Jondi Whitis and Co-Host Lillian Fimbres on EFT Radio. Here is our complete conversation.

Bonus Pod #11: How To End A Tapping Session | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 6:14

I think the way we end a tapping session is just as important as the way we begin it. For me the end of the session is more than a signing off process, but it is the next step in healing. When we tap it is not a healing moment, but instead part of a healing process that is going to continue through out the day and through out our life. I like to spend time at the end of a session (especially an emotional one) setting up the system to continue the work thought the day. The end of my sessions often looks like this:

Pod #37: Tapping for Trauma w/ Gwyneth Moss | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 48:37

One of the words that we throw around when talking about difficult times is the word trauma. In this interview I talk with EFT Master Gwyneth Moss about the true nature of trauma. She very succinctly examples how we experience trauma and how to deal with it. Trauma is not about something that happens, but the after effects. When we understand the true nature of trauma we are much more likely to be able to heal. This is one of those interviews that is worth listening to a number of times.

Bonus Pod #10: Reconnecting With Our Physical Bodies | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 5:58

While on retreat a few years ago Russ Hudson said, "We must be in touch with the mind, body, and spirit in order to be candidates for transformation." Because of the nature of the modern world we have lost touch with our physical bodies. Most of us are not working the land, in tune with the seasons, or using our bodies for work. Just watch someone who is on-line. It looks as if they have left their bodies. It is very easy (and healthy) to reconnect with our physical bodies. Here is a great FREE tap along to find yourself reconnected with your body. Take a few moments at the beginning or ending of each day to tap along to this.
