TweetTitus During the Filming of “Bailout” John Titus is a lawyer, licensed before the U.S. Supreme Court, who’s practiced patent litigation for over 15 years. In 2011-12, he took a break from his practice to make a feature-length film, Bailout, about the real cause of the financial crisis: criminal fraud. The film features interviews with truth tellers Dylan Ratigan, Karl Denninger, Chris Whalen, Yves Smith, Sheriff Tom Dart, and others. He is now working on a TV-safe version of the film to be released later this year. John joins us today to discuss what actually caused the financial crisis because it isn’t what the TV told you.  Why he went to the expense and trouble of making a film.   What distinguishes Bailout from other financial crisis films and the direct cause and effect relationship between Wallstreet elites and the crisis. I think you will be intrigued when I ask him how many bankers should be in jail a you hear the math behind his response.  We also will discuss how this crisis will end and the sad answer can be summed up as bad or worse. Before becoming a lawyer, John worked as a circuit designer for motors used on the Space Shuttle and space station. TweetI was contacted just a few months ago by a listener named Dan who wanted to come on the show and discuss saunas.  This at first didn’t make a huge connection with TSP for me and I figured he was some guy that sold saunas for a living. Fortunately he was willing to sell me a bit on the concept but he also isn’t a sauna salesman.  Dan is simply a long time listener to the show who wanted to share this ancient form or technology with many health and security benefits with the audience. Dan joins us today to discuss building saunas and the different options for doing so.  Inferred vs conventional electric vs. his personal choice wood fired.  He dispels many myths as well such as the belief that all saunas are dry and why the reverse is not only true but far more beneficial. My wife has wanted a sauna for years and I have been the resistant spouse on that one.  Dan feels every prepper should consider a sauna and after discussion with him and my own personal research I now agree.  Hence Dan is now one of Dorothy’s favorite people.  Something tells me most of you will really enjoy this discussion as well. TweetToday we are joined by a listener we will simply call Karen.  Karen is a self described Diva from Philadelphia who came to prepping after a move to rurual New York state. This move combined with debt and some trials with raising a child with serious medical condition woke her up to living a better life. Her husband isn’t exactly fully on board with the prepper lifestyle specifically the debt freedom portion of it but Karen is slowly winning him over to the side of personal freedom.  With pure determination they will pay off the majority of over 37,000 dollars of debt in 2013.  Additionally she has a funny though somewhat scary story about why she is not working on getting her concealed carry permit, which is somewhat difficult in New York.
