Ep 79: "NOT SO ANONYMOUS" SERIES: 5 Ways To Feel Inspired Again WITH ANTONY RYAN AND YvG5O (Part 2) | File Type: audio/mp3 | Duration: 00:29:50

PART 2 of an interview with Antony aka Paul is here! Antony continues to reflect on the changes that happened in his life after You've Got 5 Options has solved his life! Antony Ryan has become a friend of the show from a moment we’ve found out that he was the “anonymous musician” aka Paul who has sent us a challenge back in April 2018. His problem was so interesting that we have decided to record not two (as usually) but three (!!!) episodes while solving his challenge and this is how “5 ways how to feel inspired again” (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3) was created. This week, Antony (aka Paul) has visited us at the Radio Station to tell us what has changed in his life since we solved his challenge half a year ago. Antony Ryan is one half of the electronic music duo ISAN. Since 1996 they have recorded 8 full-length albums, plus dozens of other releases and remix credits including Depeche Mode. As well as recording and producing music, ISAN have performed live around the world - from Rio De Janeiro to Tokyo - and have had their music featured in film and TV productions including the recent HBO series "The Young Pope". Antony also works as a freelance audio mastering engineer (RedRedPaw Mastering). He has worked on over 400 commercial releases for digital and vinyl releases with highlights including Oh Wonder, Grimes, Red Snapper and Danish artists such as Rumpistol, Kalaha & Lukkif. Antony’s (Aka Paul’s Challenge) I'm A Musician; music is my passion and something that I truly love doing. I was working in the music industry before and it brought me great satisfaction. But then my life changed. I moved to another country, got married, then divorced and currently I am co-parenting my 6-year-old boy. I also have a full-time employment that is not connected with music but it allows me to pay the bills. My challenge is that after I go back from work and then take care of my son I feel tired. I don't really feel like doing anything music-related: I don't have time to work on it and my creativity is not there. My question is, how do I get back to creating and recording music while most of the time I feel exhausted and uninspired?   This is Part 2 of 2-parts program.  Ep 77: 5 Steps Process For Healing The Patterns Of Behavior You'd Love To Change (PART 2) | File Type: audio/mp3 | Duration: 00:30:28

In the second part of the program, Cynthia Lamb presents her FOCUS Model and explains how inner healing  process can change your life. Somewhere in September, You’ve Got 5 Options received a life challenge from an anonymous listener that was beyond our problem-solving capabilities. We’ve decided to look for an expert who could join us on the Radio and advise Catie on how to cope with her problem. Catie has mentioned that she is interested in alternative methods (like hypnotist) and that she has already tried a standard psychological treatment which didn’t work, so we have decided to reach out to a conscious healer. Catie’s Challenge Description: I have a really really bad habit that I am not able to seem to break. You see, many years ago, I was physically and emotionally abused as a child by step-mother for two years. One time, I saw my little sister literally dying by drowning until my younger sister had the courage to save her. I believe that because of the trauma, I started to pick my skin/acne until I was bleeding. I did not realize until years later through professional help that I was unconsciously how I "cut" myself like other people who cut themselves with a blade. My family has never fully understood me and I have been bullied throughout my whole life, even by my own family members. I have been struggling with this to stop this habit. Cremes, professional skin care, nothing. This is a habit I have had for 18 years now. I still unconsciously pick at myself and I don't even realize that I am doing this. What do you think I should do?I have seen psychologists but the habit is not going away, no matter how hard I try. I suspect that maybe I am not able to stop because this pain will always be there my whole life as this habit comes and goes. I have also thought about hiring a hypnotist to stop this habit. What are your 5 options to help me break it?(Hint: would be great if you could bring a guest in who is a psychologist and/or hypnotist) :)   In This Episode We Discussed: Why “Healing” is the most crucial step in the process of changing an unhealthy pattern of behaviour? What building new believes has to do with changing a subconscious behaviour and how to do that? What is the metaphysical reason for acne and how is everything that happens to our body connected with the subconscious mind? What does it mean that “your body is on your side” and how the innate intelligence of our cells drives all the physical changes? Why are love and compassion fundamental to spiritual healing? How can Cynthia’s FOCUS Method (F- Focus, O-Own, C-Clear, U-Update, S-Shift ) help with the healing process? And many more!   This is Part 2 of 2-parts program.  Ep 76: 5 Steps Process For Healing The Patterns Of Behavior You'd Love To Change (PART 1) | File Type: audio/mp3 | Duration: 00:30:20

The Background Somewhere in September, You’ve Got 5 Options received a life challenge from an anonymous listener that was beyond our problem-solving capabilities. What do you think I should do? I have seen psychologists but the habit is not going away, no matter how hard I try. I suspect that maybe I am not able to stop because this pain will always be there my whole life as this habit comes and goes. I have also thought about hiring a hypnotist to stop this habit. What are your 5 options to help me break it?(Hint: would be great if you could bring a guest in who is a psychologist and/or hypnotist) :) What's Special About Cynthia? Cynthia Lamb is a conscious channel, modern mystic and founder of Vibrant Freedom. She offers deep, soul-level healing tools for people on the journey of Awakening. Since 1992, she's helped thousands of people heal themselves of their fear, pain and suffering and move into more joyful, healthy and purposeful lives. She offers workshops, retreats, one-on-one healing programs and a 2-year certification course in Conscious Healing. Cynthia had a spiritual awakening when she was 18 years old and that has sent her off on a trajectory where she has evolved into a spiritual healer and counsellor. For the past 30 years, Cynthia has been helping people from all over the world to “heal their shit”. Her typical clients are people who have tried traditional psychological therapy and didn’t achieve the results they wanted. In This Episode We Discussed: What is a conscious/spiritual healing and why more and more people are willing to try alternative ways of therapy? What is a difference between a standard psychologist/therapist and a spiritual healer? How is stress affecting our physical appearance and can an inner healing work stop the ageing process? How patterns of behaviour are being formed and what does it mean that they are “subconscious”? What is driving a subconscious behaviour and what kind of things needs to be “figured out first” to change it? Cynthia Lamb’s 5-step process to change a subconscious, unhealthy behaviour: Step 1: Observe the behavior Step 2: Heal Your Shit (including The FOCUS method) Step 3: Release the Old Behavior Step 4: Create a New Desired Behavior Step 5: Cultivate the New Pattern Why the commitment and motivation to change is the number one prerequisite for the process to succeed? And many more! This is Part 1 of 2-parts program.  Ep: 75 LIVE SHOW SPECIAL: The Universe Falls In Love With A Courageous Heart : | File Type: audio/mp3 | Duration: 00:51:31

In this remarkable interview with Fatema Barot, you will learn that being brave is not necessarily about revolutionary quantum leaps, but about making small courageous moves - one move the time. Fatema has graced us already with her presence as a Special Guest on the 2-episodes program “5 key ingredients to make a captivating presentation” (Part 1 and Part 2), where she shared her expert knowledge regarding creating presentations that are unique and memorable. However, in the meantime, we have discovered that Fatema has an amazing personal story to share, and we have decided to feature her journey on our bi-weekly LIVE SHOW. Before you listen to the recording, please read her story (as posted on the Inspire Young India Instagram) - and trust us, this was only a little teaser for what we’ve heard while talking with Fatema :) “I was a topper at school and Doctor, Engineer, CA were thought to be the natural choices. But I loved drawing. In a very conservative town, I was fortunate to have a family that encouraged me to be ambitious and explore my talents irrespectively. I applied for Interior Design but my art teacher suggested Commercial Art. And so I joined JJ Institute of Applied Art. In my third year, at the age of 20, I got engaged. I didn't know if I was ready for a life changing decision like that, but social conditioning kept me from questioning it. I won a Silver medal in my final year, after which I worked at a mainstream Advertising agency in Mumbai for 2 months. My academic side pointed me towards the Masters Program at Industrial Design Centre IIT.  While at IDC, I broke my relationship. It came with a massive guilt. I just knew I needed time to understand myself. After IDC, I didn't want to join the mainstream advertising again. When an Information Design company in Goa offered me a position at a salary comparable to Mumbai, I decided to take up the job. I worked there for 4 years and that is where I met my husband. I got married in Goa and with that my own cultural community expelled me. At work I was handling both design and business towards the end of my stint and that took a toll. I burnt out and quit to give myself a break. That quickly followed with me working with another Design startup in Goa for 1.5 years. Meanwhile my husband decided to study and pursue a Masters in design abroad. I decided to move with him. I applied to LEGO in Denmark and got a call. I had never flown abroad. My first ever international flight was for the interview with LEGO. Before I got back home, I got the job. Looking back, I couldn't have planned this. I believe in being open, taking the opportunity and being surprised at the end of it. I've been in Denmark for four years now. In 2017, I lost my mom. Suddenly. She met with a small road accident and things cascaded quickly. Before losing my mom, I thought I was in a good spot, however her death has made me question the purpose of life again. I feel we all need a purpose higher than everyday pursuits. I continue to seek. “ We Have Discussed 5 “Facts” About Courage And Social Conditioning: The society you are born in, determines your character and personality to a huge extent. Society is a great structure if you want to be an AVERAGE person Courageous people believe in themselves. They know who they are and what they stand for. Courageous people are just as shy, anxious and afraid as you and I In India, education and academics have been the traditional focal points of stress, and parental pressure for children to excel in their studies has been unusually high How To Find Fatema?
