Summary: Yoga, breath, prayer - these three things have the ability to heal our wounds, ground our spirit, and deepen our connections to ourselves, our God and our world. Frequent pauses devoted to mindfully integrating the body and mind, to realize the significance, compassion and sustenance hidden gently within our breath, and to realize the magnificence of the reality that we are held, known and surrounded by a Great Love has the ability to change our hearts, our minds, our muscle memory and in time the entire life we live. Join me in continual process of coming to know the safety, love, and grace already present in the life and body we live within. Grace, peace & hope, Rachel

Sunshine and light boosts our mood and aids in healing our bodies and minds. No wonder God uses Light to describe his presence. In this practice we allow the Light of God to fill our bodies and minds, allowing us the space and moment to remember all that God's love with us and within us gives. May you practice, trust and forever be reminded of how much God loves and fills each of us with Love, power, and Life. Grace, Peace & namaste friends. Thanks so much for listening.  24 - Practicing Trust | File Type: audio/x-m4a | Duration: 00:05:30

Trust can be hard. Especially trusting that everything is ok, we are ok, God is on our side when life feels overwhelming, or our physical body is anxious and our minds racing. This practice I hope is one that helps your heart, mind, body and spirit learn to trust even in those moments. I hope it's one you can remember when the feelings and thoughts arise again and again. This can be done. Your heart and mind and spirit can grow to trust, to quiet and comfort all that arises, to allow the mind and body to be as it is and to breathe with new declarations that rewire you toward living from your deeper space. Grace, Peace & Namaste. Thanks so much for listening! You matter. I hope this practice and all of the others continue to help in little and big ways through God's work. If this work is helping you, consider being a part of making it possible by supporting in Patreon to keep it going. https://www.patreon.com/yogabreathepray I will continue to post a few extras each month for patreons if you're looking to go a little deeper or have more practices to lean on.  23 - You Are Loved. Breath Practice. | File Type: audio/x-m4a | Duration: 00:05:24

Today we get back to the basics - breathing with intention and truth. This allows our brains to rewire, integrating our minds, hearts and bodies as once. It gives space for anxiety to be released, shame to be let go of. In time, with practice, breathing in and out that we are loved has the potential to change our lives and experiences of them for the better. May you feel loved in this moment and trust your truth that you are worthy of love and belonging exactly as you are. Grace, peace & Namaste. Giving ourselves a moment to breathe and fully bring to mind the rest, grounded feeling, openness or whatever we love from a time of vacation or a long weekend we are more readily able to bring that same feeling into our day to day lives.  19 - Practicing Embodying Love | File Type: audio/x-m4a | Duration: 00:05:27

Mindfulness and the way we are wired reveals that if we take moments out of our days to practices envisioning and embodying the traits we desire to have more of in life, we actually can cultivate more of them. This one we take a moment to pause. To bring to mind and into our muscle what Love feels like, what being loved feels like, what being loving feels like. Soak it in. And may you begin to bring it to heart and mind a little more readily with each and every practice. Grace & peace. Thank you so much for listening.  15 - My God Loves Me | File Type: audio/x-m4a | Duration: 00:06:13

This meditation has been changing my life lately. After listening to a Steve Wiens podcast episode where he talks about a practice of starting each morning with 10 mins breathing into the phrase "My abba loves me" I have been breathing my own phrase daily. Breathing in "My God" breathing out "loves me". And it has been changing me. This week, when tension arises in your life, may you breathe and may you remember your God loves you. You are loved. Here's the link to Steve Wien's podcast episode: https://stevewiens.com/2018/02/01/this-good-word-episode-132-permission-shownotes/ Grace & Peace friends.  13 - A Moment To Rest | File Type: audio/x-m4a | Duration: 00:06:15

Sometimes all we need is to stop, to get ourselves out of our moment, out of our swirling thoughts or feelings, and rest, reminding our souls that the world will be cared for even if we let go and allow ourselves to rest. May this bring greater peace, clarity, and lightness back into the moments we are all in. Grace & Peace friends.

 12 - Visualization Of God's Care For You | File Type: audio/x-m4a | Duration: 00:07:50

Simply by practicing dwelling in a safe, calm place and in God's presence, hearing God speak new truths over us, our brains can rewire in time to feel safer in the world, to actually trust the God we believe in, and to even redefine the truths about how deeply worthy and loved we are no matter what. Grace & Peace friends. This technique and the brain science behind it I learned from Curt Thompson's transformational book Anatomy of the Soul: https://www.amazon.com/Anatomy-Soul-Connections-Neuroscience-Relationships/dp/141433415X
