Summary: Giving ourselves a moment to breathe and fully bring to mind the rest, grounded feeling, openness or whatever we love from a time of vacation or a long weekend we are more readily able to bring that same feeling into our day to day lives. Stress will come. We are human. But if we practice the rest we long for, we are more able to find that same experience in our every day lives. May this practice help us all bring a little more vacation, sabbath and rest into our heart spaces always. Grace, Peace & Namaste.
