The 2019 season is in the books but how should #RaiderNation feel about it? Our Silver and Black Today panel of Moe Moton, Kelly Kriner, Chaz Osborne, and Scott Gulbransen, will spend the entire first hour (and maybe more!) answering that question. The panel will review everything from coaching to play on the field including a discussion on the team's stellar rookie class. We'll also talk about the Raiders' possible free agent and draft strategy and update you on the latest roster and NFL playoff news.

We've been overwhelmed with requests from our readers and listeners to publish the insightful interview we did a few weeks ago with former NFL GM and #Raiders executive, and current Radio.com Sports NFL Insider Michael Lombardi. We talked to Lombardi after his The Athletic column where he asserted what he believed to be a "disconnect" between coach Jon Gruden and quarterback Derek Carr. Here is the interview.

The season ended with a dud as the #Raiders lose their season finale in Denver. We talk about the game and the missed opportunities for the soon-to-be Las Vegas Raiders to finish 8-8. Also: the Derek Carr talk will not go away as the QB puts up big numbers but can't finish the comeback. Plus: fans should be happy team almost doubled its win total from 2018.
