Managing The Dating Age Dynamics (Bar Talk WIth Jay Ep. 318) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 7482

Managing Dating Age Dynamics (Bar Talk WIth Jay Ep. 318)Do you have a preference when it comes to dating age? Before we go in the wrong direction, let's focus on the way that grown people are supposed to work. Going in different directions on the age spectrum can give you pros and cons depending on where you are in your life. It could be stability, it could be to grow or maybe just to have fun and enjoy life. Whatever your preference, age usually plays a factor in our bias of expected behavior and what compromises we are willing to make because of those behaviors. The larger age discrepancies seem to draw the most ire from others. When you look at the situations where people frown upon or may assume dysfunction based on known ages of the parties.(i.e. Tiger King). Whichever way you fall on the side of age preference whether it be older or younger, you understand for the most part what the fundamental differences are. The thing people see to struggle with is when the age difference causes a difference in lifestyle choices. This friction is much more apparent after cohabitation. After a mistake or two an individual builds a profile based on their life and easily avoids the wrong type of individuals in a given age group.
