Ep.75 What Is Resilience? With Brett Robbo | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 6:57

Nelson Mandela famously said “don’t judge me by my success. Judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again. Do you believe he was referring to him simply standing tall again? To “get back up again” is to change your perception of what knocked you down in the first place. To get back up again and be more resilient is to CHOOSE your energetic conditions that you continue with on your journey. What is resilience anyway? In this short episode I break down emotional resilience and how the World's best coaches, leaders and athletes build this skill to be the best versions of themselves!  A few of the World Class legends who are teaching this the best are Scott Reardon, Nam Baldwin, Dr Michael Gervais, Oprah, Tim Ferriss, Tony Robbins and MANY more....  If you're committed to building your resilience capacities, reach out at brett@lifeintentional.com.au and let's discuss your individual plan towards impact!

Are you living intentionally? What does that even mean? This is a question I was asked recently and in this short episode I break it down for you. We're all products of our belief systems and our habits, so it's enlightening to be brutally honest and ask yourself where and how your intentions are set each day. How do we need to BE, to do what needs to be done, to achieve the results we desire? One of my great mentors Nam Baldwin teaches this brilliantly and I discuss this philosophy in relation to you living intentionally.
