I want to tell you that I thought Pence did a nice job last night. I was surprised because he's a little dry, but he was feisty and I think he helped Trump.

So what Trump has to do is he has to win Sunday night's debate, and win big.

So Trump had a terrible week last week and he started off this week a bit more measured talking about cyber security. Not too many insults, no personal stuff. He comes and he goes.

The difference between me and some other people, who will remain nameless, is that I don't ask in a prosecutorial way about anything that I don't know to be a fact.

When I say I cut him a little slack it means that I don't go into areas that are embarrassing unless there is a public policy component.

If Trump holds or gains, boy oh boy, he may be unstoppable.

Big week. And one of the most interesting parts of the Charlotte fracas is how the presidential election has already been influenced.

Trump's right-zero tolerance, clamp down. Not acceptable.

Now, who's right, who's wrong nobody knows. Whatever the numbers are today, they don't really matter because of the big debate on Monday.

He cannot get involved with attacking Hillary Clinton on her persona, or her personality, or her marriage even.

So Hillary Clinton, really launching today, huh? Wow. But I don't know who that persuades at this point.

Trump is really going on a tear, and I think it's mainly because of Hillary Clinton's problems, but that's just speculation. I could be wrong about that.

Everybody knows it's a tightening situation, and Trump has got to stay out of trouble.

It's not about the name calling so much as talking down, not a good idea.

It's going to be the most watched debate ever, I predict. Everybody who cares about their country will watch...
