Daredevil S02E09 Seven Minutes in Heaven Podcast – Defenders TV Podcast Episode 65 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 55:41

While the inmates in prison are in hell we're here for our Daredevil S02E09 Seven Minutes in Heaven Podcast. We discuss our top 5 points about this episode as Frank Castle gets some alone time with another of the criminals behind the carousel murders and Matt's life falls further apart. Spoiler filled Synopsis for Daredevil S02E09 Seven Minutes in Heaven Podcast Directed by: Stephen Surjik Written by: Marco Ramirez and Lauren Schmidt Hissrich As an emerging prison kingpin introduces himself to Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) he makes an offer that proves too tempting for the Punisher. He's to be given seven glorious minutes with Mr Dutton (William Forsythe), the man who brokered the deal between the Irish, the Cartel and the Dogs of Hell on the day of the massacre of Castle's family. In return Fisk asks for the elimination of Dutton as his main rival in prison. As chaos breaks out in the prison, Fisk attempts to betray Castle but his plan fails forcing him to negotiate. Fisk sees an opportunity and smuggles The Punisher from jail so he can pursue his new lead - The Blacksmith. Meanwhile, Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson) and Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) question the future of their firm following their disastrous defense of Frank Castle and reluctantly agree to part ways; but Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll) won't give up so easily. As she persists with investigating the truth about the Carousel massacre she finds a shocking new piece of evidence that she uses to entice the New York Bulletin to assist in her research. Matt also parts ways with Elektra Natchios (Elodie Yung) over her indifference to killing, just as a resurrected Yakuza leader from Daredevil's past lends credence to Stick's (Scott Glenn) claim of immortality. However, as tensions rise between the Avengers a new and personal perspective comes in to play for Captain America that only hardens his resolve against the Accords.
