However as Reyes and Blake Tower (<a href="https://www.imdb.com/name/nm2728757/?ref_=ttfc_fc_cl_t6" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Stephen Rider</a>) reveal the truth about the carousel gunfight and the role of law enforcement a firestorm of bullets riddles her office killing Reyes and injuring Foggy. With Foggy hospitalised Karen and Matt search for Frank Castle in very different ways: Matt confronts Wilson Fisk (<a href="https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000352/?ref_=ttfc_fc_cl_t8" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Vincent D’Onofrio</a>) in a desperate attempt to learn more of his involvement in Frank Castle’s escape but is reminded all too readily of the Kingpin’s commitment to settling scores and violence; and Karen’s suspicions that the attack on Reyes and the city Medical Examiner doesn’t fit Castle’s MO are confirmed as she is saved by Castle from a similar attack by an unknown shooter. As Foggy begins to recover, Daredevil returns to the hospital to protect the children drained of blood from retribution by The Hand.
