Our guest jumped into working at practice right out of school and into different associate offices, his first job at a community practice. He liked the stability of work at his first dental job and how his work forced him to learn more skills in the trade. He just purchased his own practice one month ago and is grappling with the decision to go multi-practice or to stay a single-doc company.

Our mystery guest David wanted Matt and George to take a deep dive into his office to find out where he could improve his practice. He is a recent grad and purchased a practice fresh out of dental school.
