Summary: In this episode I talk about my recent dental surgery I had (wisdom tooth removal).  I explain what it was like compared to what I thought it was going to be like, prior to the day.  I discuss the feeling of being sedated and what I felt like when I woke up.  I also discuss how I found it hard to slow down, stop and actually let other people take care of me for a few days.

In this episode I talk about the fact that tomorrow I'm going to have my wisdom teeth removed.  I am a bit anxious about getting this procedure done but realize that it's worth going through some short term pain, for long term gain.  I also get into how the thought of being sedated bothers me a bit, which I think is linked to the feeling of not being in control.  Lastly I'm excited about the fact that I'll have to sit still and recover.

In this episode I talk about a recent experience I had.  I was weighing up either having a nap and or going for a bike ride.  I felt tired. But I wanted to test out my new route to work on my bike.  It was 7km's, so I set off and did it and ended up doing 35 km's (21 miles) on my bike.  I talk about how sometimes we need to just get started, then momentum keeps us going.

In this episode I discuss a recent experience I had with a plumbing issue I encountered, and how it made me practice patience.  It also made me reflect on how we create satisfaction in our lives.  And of course I draw a beautiful analogy between fixing my plumbing and overcoming anxiety. I get into talking about a recent article I read from Mr Money Moustache and how  we can make satisfying things last longer.
