Lifestyle UPGRADES via Debt-Free Wealth

You know the phrase, it takes money to make money?  WRONG!  It takes an abundance mindset to make money!  In the Christian Wealth Building Club, there is no prosperity gospel here, just the gospel and prosperity. I believe Christians have a mandate to be profitable!    Matthew 25:26-27 "“But the master replied, ‘You wicked and lazy servant! If you knew I harvested crops I didn’t plant and gathered crops I didn’t cultivate, why didn’t you deposit my money in the bank? At least I could have gotten some interest on it.’" (NLT) How many of you have blown $20 or more at a fast food joint?  What if you used that money to buy an ounce of silver instead?   Think Real Estate is a good investment but the down payment, credit score, monthly payment, and property management seem overwhelming?  Start smaller.  Diamonds, gold, silver.  Less money to acquire the tangible asset, easier to hold, easier to liquidate. Of course, Real Estate is a good investment too, if done wisely. All the strategies that lead to the Real Estate Bubble are back in full force.  What if you learned how to navigate buying and financing decisions the right way? Love to trade online? Dabbler? When we were kids, our parents had that difficult, uncomfortable chat about the birds and the bees (or they should have).  Well, the tables are now turned and it is OUR turn to have an uncomfortable, difficult chat with them. It is hard to get everyone together during the year, but holidays are when we make the effort.  So, as much as it may put a bit of damper on the holiday spirit - now is the time to have the 'what if' scenario played out when there are no dramas, and we can think more clearly than in the middle of one. Do your parents have a current will? Do they have enough money saved? Do they have a final spot picked out? Do they prefer cremation? Do they plan to remain in their home when their health and strength begins to fail? Do they have a plan in place to ensure they can?  How do they feel about ALFs (adult living facilities)?
