I am tired of being overweight.  In all fairness, I started a journey some time ago and lost 30 pounds but I regained 10 when I  stopped the program I was on.  I will tell you why I ditched a program that was clearly working, how I have been researching to find a replacement,  and what I have found. When life gives you lemons you better learn to make lemonade.  Adaptability, flexibility, and a resolute mindset of 'I can', allowed my guest - Kim Savage, to keep her doors open during the height of the Economic Recession of 2007-2011.  Many would argue, that recession is not truly over. While many felt the pinch of the recession, those who made a living in Real Estate probably noticed it the most.  Kim, a licensed Virgina Realtor, immediately reviewed her resources, and reinvented herself to offer property preservation and rehab services to the growing foreclosure market.  Kim figured out how to turn these life lemons into profitable lemonade. Guilty! Guilty! Guilty!  Confessions of a Converted Coach.. EVERYONE reads the front of the food package, SOME read the nutritional breakdown (calories, fats, fiber), FEW read the ingredients.  I know, I was part of the SOME - until recently. In a recent social survey, it became almost hysterically clear that the average American is CLUELESS about gold and silver, about value, and about the state of our buying power. In a follow up survey where Entrepreneurs were the responders, the responses were the absolute opposite. It appears that those who are familiar with the process of CREATING INCOME and leveraging strength for a profit have a better appreciation for money, value, and even precious metals.
