When you find somebody who loves to do what you hate, it is such a gift and you’ll see things accelerate in the business very quickly when you turn this over. 3. But really, first and foremost, highlight the values that you have as a small business owner that you can value your employees potentially in a way that a larger company can’t. 3. There are people who will take a lower paying job to work in a company that shares their values.

Make sure that you are truly building that relationship and giving your clients what they need. 2. It is expensive to hire somebody and train them. But when they build a relationship with a client, that’s going to lead into future business, referrals, and other things that you just can’t scale. 3. Technology levels the playing field for everybody. But technology can never replace YOU.
Top 3 Value Bombs: 1. Use psychology against yourself. There are so many areas in life where we think we should do something, yet if you’ll look at your behavior, you’re probably not doing it. 2. The key is to stop waiting for the perfect idea and just look around at what’s going on. People who are successful entrepreneurs know how to seize opportunities. 3. Money is typically a thing of guilt and anxiety. Reframe the way you think about money.
Top 3 Value Bombs: 1. No matter what industry your in, there are ways to look for that opportunity to upgrade a service to a luxury experience. 2. Brain health and heart health is worth pursuing in your daily life thru stress relieving services. 3. People now realized the value of their time cannot be replaced.
