Nekoloff, Assistant Commissioner and Sports Information Director for the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC).  JJ has been instrumental in the movement of ODAC member schools to host their athletic websites with Presto Sports.  Dave and JJ describe the benefits for both the institution and their constituencies. Nafziger, Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students.  Ken is Dave’s direct report and offers his insights on the role of athletics at EMU.  With experience in several Division I universities, Ken is well-positioned to understand and appreciate the integration of athletics into the campus community. EMU celebrates the University’s 93rd Annual Commencement.  Michael Berenstain offers the Commencement address, “Simple Gifts: Thoughts from Childhood”.  Graduate perspectives are shared by Megan Grove, Mitchell Stutzman, Nona Allen, and Erica Yutzy.

EMU celebrates the University’s 93rd Annual Commencement in this Baccalaureate Service.  Dr. Peter Dula, Assistant Professor of Religion and Culture, addresses the graduates with his speech, titled, Education on the Way to Emmaus.  Senior class co-presidents Janelle Freed and Braydon Hoover offer Senior Class Salutations.  

The Spring semester nursing graduates celebrate the completion of their Nursing degrees in this traditional pinning ceremony.

Eastern Mennonite Seminary celebrates the 62nd Annual Commencement with an address by George R. Brunk III, dean emeritus and professor emeritus of New Testament at EMS, titled, “Anointed for Ministry.”

Eastern Mennonite Seminary’s 2011 Baccalaureate service includes reflections on the seminary experience for the graduates, as well as a presentation of the Senior Class gift and a prayer of dedication.
