Some of my favorite moments when I was the only woman whereI worked was when my male co-workers attitudes towards me shifted as they finally got the value of my inherent feminine qualities that I brought to the table. Whether or not I sold a client, I always approached each meeting or appointment "as if" they would be a new client for me. From that I received referrals and created long-lasting relationships.
