Jim Abbott threw a no-hitter for the New York Yankees in 1993 in a game very significant to Seth's childhood. Jim is now part of a new group of baseball cards in 2015 Topps Baseball Update Series that celebrates Major League players from the past and present, who have triumphed in spite of disabilities that have come their way. They discuss the obstacles he faced, and the current baseball playoffs going on right now.

When defending World Champions New Zealand faced Argentina in the 2015 Rugby World Cup, the famous haka was seen for the first time. What is it? It's a traditional ancestral War Dance which the New Zealand Rugby Team, the "All Blacks," performs before international matches. Recently, the team's sponsor, AIG introduced the world's-first AIG Haka 360 Experience. Daniel Glantz, AIGS Global Head of Sponsorship, joined Seth on this podcast as well as on MSNBC.

American sports fans have become accustomed to seeing advertising for fantasy sports games (involving the selection of players), while viewing live sports. While sports long embraced a No Betting concept with fans, the operators of such companies as DraftKings and FanDuel persuaded regulators that their games were games of skill, not gambling. Rick Gentile, director of the Seton Hall Sports Poll, is the featured guest. The Seton Hall Sports Poll is conducted by the Sharkey Institute.

Baseball icon Yogi Berra passed away at the age of 90. In this episode, Seth speaks with Marty Appel, Author, Yankees historian, and former Yankee PR Director. about Berra's legacy. His success on the field, to his as well as his role as an unofficial ambassador after his career was over. The Yogi-isms abound, its a great tribute to a legendary baseball figure.
