The Kevin Sheehan Show

Kevin opens the show talking about the Caps-Tampa game last night. He then gets to the Jason LaConfora report yesterday that the Redskins are one of the teams "sniffing" around for the Jets 3rd pick overall in a possible attempt to move up and draft Ohio State QB Dwayne Haskins. He talks the about the importance of today's Maryland first round game for Mark Turgeon. He then brings on former Maryland Assistant Coach Dustin Clark to talk Terps and preview the game against Belmont. Kevin finished up the show with 5 NCAA Tournament Smell Test picks.

Kevin opens the show wondering if the market for Josh Rosen is on the verge of heating up. Hall of Famer Gary Williams joined the show to talk about the NCAA Tournament as a whole and specifically, he previewed the Maryland-Belmont game. Old Dominion coach Jeff Jones joined the show from Hartford where his team gets set to face Purdue in the first round tomorrow night. 

Kevin and Thom open with a discussion about the dilemma Jay Gruden faces on a day to day basis at Redskins Park. Kevin, Thom, and Aaron fill out their March Madness brackets....Thom's includes what would be a first-ever Final 4. They discussed the Mike Trout contract, Tyreek Hill, and Mark Turgeon.

Kevin opens with NCAA Tournament talk and goes through Maryland's draw in detail. He talks about the Stefon Diggs to the Redskins fake drama from over the weekend and reacts to the Rodgers-Cromartie signing. Chris Knoche and JP Finlay were guests on the show. Kevin and JP talked about the report this morning from Eric Bickel/WJFK that Jay Gruden has not been consulted on any of the Skins' offseason moves. 

Kevin opens the show with the Kareem Hunt news and speculates on what Reuben Foster will get. He then answers the Redskins' question of the day of whether or not Landon Collins should be able to wear Sean Taylor's #21. He recaps the Maryland loss to Nebraska in detail and talks about what's next for Turgeon and the Terps. Patrick Stevens (Bracketologist) was a guest on the show and predicts where Maryland will be seeded and where they'll play and a lot more on the field. Kevin also talks about the possible moves the Redskins might make over the weekend.

Kevin opens the show happy about the return of Adrian Peterson on a 2-year deal. There are also reports of potential Skins' interest in a wide receiver via trade or free agency. Kevin has an idea on who it might be. Thom joined in with Scott Van Pelt to talk about the Beckham Jr. trade, Maryland basketball, the college scandal, NFL free agency, and more. 

Kevin opened with the Odell Beckham Jr trade, the Redskins' cuts, Le'Veon Bell finding a home and then had Mike Jones (USA Today) on to talk about the crazy start to NFL Free Agency. 15-yr NFL safety Mike Adams was a guest on the show sharing his thoughts on Landon Collins. Joe Beninati also a guest on the show talking Caps-Pens.

Kevin opens the show talking about the Landon Collins deal. DeAngelo Hall comes on the show to talk about the Collins deal and what's next for the Redskins. J.I. Halsell talks in detail about the Collins contract and how it was structured by the Skins. Thom called in from Florida with his thoughts on Collins and talked about the Russell Westbrook situation as well.

Kevin opens the show wondering if it's going to be another boring NFL Free Agency period for the Redskins. Bruce Allen has dared to dive deep into free agency since he's been here. Are we on the verge of another Stephen Paia, Pernell McPhee, and Orlando Scandrick offseason? Kevin talked Antonio Brown too. Clinton Portis came on the show to weigh in on the Skins, Antonio Brown, College Hoops, and the NFL Draft. Ben Standig called in to discuss the Skins and Wizards. Kevin finished up the show with some Maryland basketball and other college hoops talk. 

Kevin opens up the show with his thoughts on the Case Keenum trade. Cooley joins in with his thoughts on the deal as well. Then Cooley and Kevin go through their ideas on what the Skins may do in free agency starting next week. Andy Pollin joins the show to discuss Keenum, Steve Buckhantz, and the anniversary of the famous 1974 Maryland-NC State game.

Kevin and Thom open the show discussing what and how to determine Josh Rosen's worth. Next, they respond to the news that the Wizards and NBC Sports Washington decided not to pick up Wizards play-by-play voice Steve Buckhantz's contract option for next year. Scott Van Pelt joined the show to talk about Buckhantz, LeBron James, and Turgeon's Terps. That was followed by a conversation about the criticism Charley Casserly took yesterday for his comments about Kyler Murray.

Kevin opens the show feeling sorry for Coach K's current dilemma of having a mere 3 NBA first round picks instead of 4. Then it's on to the latest on Antonio Brown and Adam Schefter's report that Brown would be traded by the end of the week. Former Redskins' salary cap expert and NFL agent J.I. Halsell joined the show to share his thoughts on the Skins' expected moves leading up to and during free agency. Kevin talked some college hoops and then welcomed in Kevin Durant's former trainer and world-renowned performance coach/speaker, Alan Stein Jr.

Kevin and Thom review all of the offseason QB options for the Redskins and predict which path the Skins will take. Thom has some issues with how the Bryce Harper signing has been reported when it comes to the Nats. They talk about Virginia and LeBron James too.

Lots of Redskins-related rumors and reports came out of Indy this weekend and Kevin talked about all of them. Antonio Brown to the Redskins? Josh Rosen to the Redskins? JP Finlay was at the Indy Combine and called in with his thoughts on Brown, Rosen, and the latest report that the Skins might be interested in Ryan Tanneyhill. Chris Cooley did a Josh Rosen film breakdown and discussed whether or not he thinks the Skins should trade for him. He also weighed in on whether or not the Skins should deal for Antonio Brown. The Cooley portion of the show begins at the 1:28:08 mark.  Kevin recapped the Maryland-Michigan game too.
