What a show. Like, really... what a fun, fantastic, freaking phenomenal show. Okay, I'm probably over-selling it but I came into this episode tired and unprepared and YOU guys delivered with great pts and drs of the week including pts who throw things at you and drs who don't re-read their rxs before sending them in. Also, can we PLEASE talk about this NY Times article (and the response by CVS)?? Let's go!

It's the end of January but that doesn't mean the end of the insurance/new year insanity in the retail pharmacy world. In this week's episode, we get into the best type of pharmacy shift you could have, a ton of your patients of the week, and round it out by discussing patients who can sometimes do or say things that make you uncomfortable. It can very tricky to navigate a situation with a patient who says something inappropriate. One thing is for sure, you're not alone. Enjoy!

So much to get into on this week's episode! First of all, working on Black Friday can be... well, let's just say it can be an illusion. Also, can we please talk about the patients who go from super sweet to insanely mad in like 2 seconds? Oh... and I bring up patients who won't let you go back to the pharmacy once you recommend an OTC item on the floor.
