People are too quick to give up on "being creative" as they view creativity as a talent - something you are born with. Public speaking is a fear that holds a lot of entrepreneurs back. Today I talk about what you can do to get over this fear and ultimately become a more effective presenter.

When people ask if I think it's ok to be friends with my team, I tell them I don’t just want to be friends with my team…. I want to be absolute BEST friends with them. Personal relationships don’t need to be placed in opposition with strong working relationships, direct communication and feedback. If anything they should complement them.

I get asked a lot about the amount of hours I work on my business every day. I don’t measure what I do in hours though. When what you do for ‘work’ is truly aligned to your purpose, the need for work life balance disappears, because you’ve achieved work life harmony. Is it smart for the founder to be the face of the business? #AskJackD Absolutely yes. People connect more with people than they do with brands, so this is a smart way to reach your audience. However remember to find the distinction between becoming the business, and fronting the business. You don't want the business to be founder entrenched, you want it to be founder inspired. #AskJackD
