Pulpit & Pen Program, May 15, 2014 In today's episode, JD talks about Caner losing his second lawsuit, this time to Jonathan Autry. The judge unleashes on Caner, using the terms "ludicrous," "outlandish," and "bizarre" to describe his arguments. The judges also discusses the frivolous, pointless nature of his lawsuit and also eludes to the reason Caner was suing him - in relation to his lies (which the judge also thankfully lines out for us). Then, JD plays a clip from his message this past Sunday, distinguishing the differences between the Eternal Lordship of Christ and the Incarnational Lordship of Christ and explains which one is the Biblical position. In the Daily #DOWNGRADE, JD uses an article from Sola Sisters to discuss a book by Ann Voscamp in which she recalls her romantic relationship with God and JD reminds us that "Jesus is not your boyfriend."

Pulpit & Pen Program, May 14, 2014 On today's program, JD reveals the emails between Johnny Hunt and Jim Law with a concerned church member, rebuking him for questioning their allegiance to Ergun Caner and their failure to call him to repentance and worse yet - Hunt's endorsement of Caner to the Brewton Parker trustees. Hunt claims Caner has been humbled, has repented, and has been restored. In the Daily #DOWNGRADE, a certain mega church pastor has his worship team write him a song and serenade as a part of the worship service.

Pulpit & Pen Program, May 8, 2014   In today's episode, JD launches with a Radio Free SBC to discuss Peter Lumpkins' 'endorsement' of Jared Moore's candidacy for president of the SBC against Ronnie Floyd. Then, JD discusses two young men shot while burglarizing a home and asks if Christians have the right to shoot an intruder. JD also discusses the two motions rejected by the LBC executive committee concerning the undue influence of David Hankins and then covers a retired United States Marine (and war hero) speaking at Brewton-Parker's commencement, defending the lies of Ergun Caner told to the United States Marines. JD opines that if the Uniform Code of Military Justice were applied to Caner, he would have been court martialed.

JD also gives a Caner Project update concerning new court docs revealing some damning evidence against Ergun Caner that totally eviscerates the claim that the video has been doctored - as Caner himself provides a transcript of his lies in his copyright claim. In a Radio Free SBC, JD discusses David Hankins deceptively serving as a trustee at Southern Seminary while banning their graduates from being employed at Louisiana College. In the Daily #DOWNGRADE, JD gives Cedarville an #UPGRADE for firing a professor for vulgarity, and asks why Brewton-Parker hasn't fired Caner for the vulgarity he exhibited in the Marines Video.
