Today on "It's My House" on how to build your "Social Capital" by organizing "house parties".  House parties are not the only "social" event that you can organize, you can also organize "brunches", "teas", "dinners", "block parties", "bbq's", or anything that you would like to call it. A fast way to build your network is to have "no pressure" social events.  Organizing "cruises" would be a more involved social event, but it is a powerful social event. Most people have a very, very , very narrow view of money. They only know  money in the form of "legal tender" that is issued by governments. Some might have an expanded view of money because they might consider gold, silver, or other metals to be included in the definition of money.
