The dead woman is Susan, a wealthy socialite who runs around on her husband, and plans on dumping him in a divorce with none of her money, or a place in her will. What about Robert, Susan’s brother? He’s a wealthy businessman, but has been short on funds at his company. He only wants to borrow a hundred thousand from her. The cop has been bouncing ideas off a mystery writer friend, and the suspicious characters in the story go on. More flashback scenes reveal more twisted relationships, namely between Susan, and the jilted woman that Susan stole her lover Pearce away from. It looks like the nasty, and selfish Susan got what was coming to her if you ask me, but it’s still murder, and someone has to pay the price. How do the pieces fit together? Who had the motive and opportunity? Who was the one who slipped Susan the drug? The deep dark secrets keep on coming, so don’t make up your mind too quickly. In dramatic flair, the cop lets his mystery writer stage a classic murder mystery novel ending to put on the pressure, and reveal the killer. Listen in, and be there to see justice done.
