This episode is all about getting specific and clear about what you want to achieve. Think about growing a garden. Do you grab a random handful of unmarked seeds, plant them, and hope for the best, or do you pick exactly the seeds you want to grow and have a clear vision of what they will become? This episode is for everyone out there who struggles with seeing the value in being specific when setting goals. What kind of seeds are you planting? This episode is a Chapter Cast, in which I read a chapter from my book, No Easy Answers: A Book of Life-Changing Questions. This chapter is titled, "What Am I Afraid Of?" I've referenced this chapter in other episodes, because it's one of my favorites. In it, I talk about becoming friends with fear rather than trying to conquer fear. If you enjoy this episode, check back in my previous episodes for other Chapter Casts, or order the book on Amazon: http://amzn.com/0692330011 And go to barrymangione.com for all the latest info and news on what I'm going online and in-person!

There was a time before navigation systems and GPS when we used to ask each other for directions. In this episode, I take a trip down memory lane by asking someone for directions while driving back home from the Philadelphia suburbs. Take a listen and find out what I discovered by connecting with a human being instead of my smartphone. Check out www.barrymangione.com for all the latest info and updates on all the stuff I'm doing online and in person.
