 No Easy Answers - #11 - What Am I Thinking? (Chapter Cast #2) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 359

This episode is the second in a series of audiobook/podcast crossovers that i'm calling "ChapterCasts." Instead of releasing an audiobook version of my book, No Easy Answers, I'm going to be reading each chapter myself one by one throughout this year (2015) as individual podcast episodes. Each podcast episode features questions and each chapter in my book is a question (makes sense to me). These episodes will feature very little in the way of advertising or commentary, instead focusing on the reading. In this episode, I read the first chapter of the book, which features the question, "What Am I Thinking?"

No Easy Answers - #9 - What's the Deal with Heal? (featuring Gregry Gilroy) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 4760

This episode features my good friend and former bandmate, Gregry Gilroy. If you didn't already know, Greg's song, "Awake" is the theme song for this podcast. Gregry is a creative beast who's been writing and performing music for thirty years. We start out talking about music and creativity, and then the conversation takes an unexpected turn into health, wellness, and healing. Greg truly inspired me during this interview, and I know he'll inspire you too. We also have some lighter moments where we talk about our shared love for eighties hair metal. Check out Greg's music and more at his website, http://www.gregry13.com/

This episode is the first in a series of audiobook/podcast crossovers that i'm calling "ChapterCasts." Instead of releasing an audiobook version of my book, No Easy Answers, I'm going to be reading each chapter myself one by one throughout this year (2015) as individual podcast episodes. Each podcast episode features questions and each chapter in my book is a question (makes sense to me). These episodes will feature very little in the way of advertising or commentary, instead focusing on the reading. In this episode, I read the prologue of the book, which features the question, "What Is Hope?" Since it's the start of a new year, my hope is that this question will have value for anyone hoping to make a change in their lives.

No Easy Answers - #7 - Will My Family Ever Understand Me? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 505

Going back home for the holidays inspired this question. I've always felt different from the rest of my family, but since I've gone paleo/bulletproof, I'm even more on the outside now! So in this episode, I give a few ways to deal with feeling misunderstood or not understood at all by your own family.

No Easy Answers - #6 - What Is Joy? (featuring Melissa Boyer) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1194

This episode features a sermon about joy given by my wife, Melissa Boyer, on December 14, 2014. In it, she talks about what joy is and how to create joy in your life, borrowing a bit from previous guest Steve Borek's mention of life lessons from the dying. If you like what Melissa has to say, you can find more of her sermons at www.katonahumc.org. Disclaimer: Although the content provided in this episode is presented by a Methodist minister, I am in no way pushing a religious agenda. I search for wisdom and valuable life advice anywhere I can find it without judging the source. I hope everyone will listen with an open mind and an open heart, regardless of religious or spiritual affiliation. And have a safe and happy holiday season!
