Today's guest is Amanda Wroten. I''m super-excited to have Amanda on the show, because she's my first guest who's fully on board with the Bulletproof Diet, coffee, and lifestyle! Amanda has overcome some major health challenges with the help of the Bulletproof Diet, so in this episode we share our stories of how it's helped us, and Amanda talks about her experiences living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, both before and after going Bulletproof. She also talks about her online public speaking courses, where she helps people work with their fears and become comfortable speaking in public. She's offering her services FREE to the first five people who contact her at www.amandawroten.com. Just mention "No Easy Answers" or "Barry Mangione." Just got back from my trip with Appalachia Service Project of Katonah, NY, and I can't help but ask, "How lucky am I?" I had the privilege of working with some amazing young people and adults on this trip, helping out some people who really needed it. In this episode, I talk about the work that I did and what it meant to me. I also invite everyone to raise the bar on their daily gratitude practice by asking, "How lucky am I?" Welcome back to the show, my good friend Gregry Gilroy. Greg was a guest on the show back in January 2015, where he talked about the beginning of his journey to heal himself through diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes while writing and recording his first solo album, HEAL. In this episode, Greg talks about his weight loss, his newfound love for kale shakes, cheat day hangovers, releasing his upcoming album online and on cassette, and more! Please check out Gregry's website, where you can follow his blog and pre-order his album with all kind of extra goodies: gregry13.com. This episode is a Chapter Cast, in which I read a chapter from my book, No Easy Answers: A Book of Life-Changing Questions. This chapter is titled, "What Would I Tell My Best Friend?" This question is about stepping outside yourself to get some perspective on your situation. Put yourself in your best friend's shoes? What advice would you give him or her if he or she were going through what you're going through? We're often less forgiving and understanding of ourselves than we are of those who are close to us, so sometimes it helps to treat yourself like your own best friend.

This episode is all about questioning your negative habits. Just because they're habits, do you have to keep doing them? If you really want to change or quit them, what's stopping you? Who says you can't ? Next time you find yourself about to give in to a negative long-standing habit, ask yourself, "Do I Really Have To?" As always, please check out barrymangione.com for all the latest links and information!
