I'm back again, with another solo episode! Today's topic is thanks to one of my Patrons, who wrote in with the following suggestion: “I’ve been thinking about trust and specifically trusting your own judgment, trusting that things will work out/ the universe/ that things will unfold; and trust that things will be alright. I had a bad day yesterday due to various things and I just ended up in that space where you think things will never be right. "
I'm excited to introduce today's guest, Esther Lemmens. Esther is a visual arts lover, book and word addict, course junkie, ethical eco-warrior, organic foodie, green tea connoisseur, holistic health geek, professional pedant and crazy cat lady, with a zest for life! She’s also a Visual Brand Consultant and Graphic Designer with almost 20 years' experience in Design and Creative Artworking (the technical and detailed process of preparing documents for print).
Today, we talk about why it’s so important to find a balance between the inner work and the outer work, the spiritual and the practical. We’ve found that we can often get caught up in the energy and mindset work, and we “forget” about the practical action taking. We look at the imbalance that sometimes occurs, and why we often swing like a pendulum from one side to the other before finding our happy medium.
I'm back again, with another solo episode! Today's episode is inspired by my extensive year-end review that I've been doing. It started around Samhain, when I began reviewing the year and looking at the things I needed to let go of to move into 2019. I talked a bit about this and how you can do something similar in episode 275.
Think of it as “everything you ever wanted to know about intuition, woo and witchcraft but were too afraid to ask!” In this very first “woo” episode, we’ll be talking about our own personal journeys to woo, and how you can benefit from connecting to your own woo.
I'm back again, with another solo episode! Today, I'm talking about pessimism. This episode is inspired by a question from my Patreon community: Can I ask you a bit more about Heart-centered Energy Work® and PSYCH-K®/mindset work and the importance of using these sort of techniques to let go of pessimism, or prevent pessimism building up? There is a lot of it about these days! I have noticed that I am feeling a lot less of this sort of thing since I trained in PSYCH-K®.
I'm back again, with another solo episode! I have a problem with downtime: giving myself permission to "be lazy" as I often call it, even though I know that's not what it is. You'll have gathered by now that I do a lot of work with myself. I also consider my solo walks (especially those to sacred sites) to be work with the land.
It’s another episode with the fabulous Joanna Hennon! In this week’s episode, we talk about success, and why it’s about more than just money. We often get the concept of success tangled up in business success or financial success, when in reality it’s about so much more than that.
I'm back again, with another solo episode! Today I'm talking about creating authentic, organic connections online. I'm going through a massive social media detox: I'm unfollowing people when I can't remember who they are or why I followed them in the first place, and I'm unfollowing people who focus on business or coaching, mostly because I'm trying to train my brain away from those topics and toward my writing.
In today's episode, I'm going to run through ALL the stuff I've done for personal and professional development in terms of the inner work. I often say that I think the best way to approach mindset work is to train in a technique yourself, so you can have a practical tool to work with yourself on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis...and then to find other professionals to work with when you need to go even deeper. Here's what that actually looks like, and how you can find your own way of working like this.

ITWS 012 How Tracking Your Cycle Can Help Your Business and How to Get Published by Hay House or Other Traditional Publishers with Lisa Lister
I'm back again, with another solo episode! Today, I'm talking about getting back on track. I really struggled to come up with a topic for this week's episode, but when I pulled an oracle card, it all became clear. In this episode, I tell my own story of getting off track, and how I got on track. I help you to understand whether you're on track or off track, and how to get realigned. You'll also hear why it's all good, because even if you're off track, you're not really off track!

Today, I'm going to talk about recent changes in my business (as of this week!) and what that means for this podcast. I'm also going to go deeper into the details of what's been going on behind the scenes so you can get a better idea of what transition looks like. I know that a lot of business owners go through changes and will of ten pivot the focus of their business, and I think it's important to talk about what these changes often look like. They're not always smooth and easy!
