I'm back again, with another solo episode. Today, I reflect on my journey with this podcast.
I'm back again, with another solo episode! Today's episode was inspired by some recent reflection I've been doing. You know how I felt allergic to social media for so long? And how I was so fed up with online marketing and the online business world? Things have shifted massively for me with my upcoming book If Trees Could Talk: Life Lessons from the Wisdom of the Woods, and it now feels incredibly natural to be sharing about it online.

Today I'm talking about personal power. Personal power is something that I've really struggled with in the past, and it's formed the foundation of much of the mindset work that I've done with myself over the past 5+ years. If you've been feeling powerless in your life, or if you've been dealing with a difficult relationship where you've given your power to someone else, I hope you find this useful.
Today, we talk about channeling and accessing the wisdom and guidance of unseen beings. This topic was inspired by my upcoming book, If Trees Could Talk: Life Lessons from the Wisdom of the Woods, in which I channel the stories of the trees. I’ve had to do a lot of mindset work with myself on this because so many fears and limiting beliefs come up as I talk about the book with people in my wider circle of friends and acquaintances.
Sharon is passionate about supporting people to achieve optimum health - physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, with the right mindset in place to support that goal. Her mission is to help people to let go of limiting beliefs, in order to help them to break through barriers to achieving their goals and to becoming the best expression of themselves they can be.
Today, we talk about the philosophy of “no pain, no gain” and how it applies to healing and personal development. Is it necessary? Is it an important part of healing? Are there times when we need to step aside from the more gentle types of healing and therapy and turn to something a bit more intense? Is this kind of healing right for everyone? And how do you know if it's right for you? In this episode, we explore the world of more intense therapies, based on some recent personal experience.
This is another episode based on a listener request. Last December, I received the following email from a friend/listener, and I've been looking forward to doing this episode ever since. This is a very timely issue that I've been reflecting on myself ever since the end of last year.
Joanna and I talk about working with spirit guides vs connecting to our higher self. We discuss whether or not it’s disempowering to get guidance from external sources, and whether or not we should just rely on our intuition and our higher self for everything. This is kind of a Part II to episode 290 with Jo Casey, where we had a different conversation based on the same topic.
I'm back again, with another solo episode! This is my first new episode since I've been back from holiday, and it feels great to be recording another show. The topic for this episode has been on my list for a long time, and came in via a reader. I don't even remember who it was at this point! But vulnerability is a topic that's been on my mind the last few days, and I wanted to revisit it again, even though we've touched on it here in a few previous episodes (links below).
Today, we talk about spirit guides, our higher self, and tapping into our intuition. We discuss whether or not it’s disempowering to get guidance from external sources, and whether we should just rely on our intuition and our higher self for everything. This was inspired by an email Holly received from a listener.
Embracing my uniqueness and my differences has always been a challenge for me, and it's something I've worked on over and over with my mindset work. I've come a long way, and in this episode I share some stories from recent life experiences that have led me to realize I still have a lot of work to do in this area! I walk you through a process you can use to get comfortable with your uniqueness and use your differences to stand out in the crowd and be more visible as you express yourself.
Joanna Hennon and I are back with another co-hosted episode! Today, we talk about how to know which investments to make in your personal and professional development. There is so much information out there, and there are so many courses, coaches, and online programs. How can you possibly know which ones are the right ones for you? And how can you avoid making a bad investment? And...is there actually such a thing as a bad investment?
This week, I talk about how to let go of worrying. I'm going to be honest here: I can be a worrier. I'm recording this episode in the week after my kickboxing winter course, which is the colder version of the summer course you may have heard about last July...except this time, I was grading, so the stakes were higher.
We’re back with another woo-based episode, which is kind of the theme for our new season of podcasting together. Today’s episode is all about how to connect with yourself through connecting with Nature, which has been a big journey for both of us. We share our own personal journeys, including how we’ve connected with Nature, and how you might want to get started deepening your own connection with Nature.
