Listen as Belinda gives advise to an audience member on ways to successfully incorporate cardio into your fitness program. Right click to download the mp3.

I am totally excited to be introducing my Podcast with Itunes. Listen as I explain the purpose of the show as well as describe future episodes. Since this is the first episode I wanted to tell you a little why I created this show. The reason why I launched this program is because I noticed that there doesn’t seem a lot of information specifically geared for people like myself: people in their forties and fifties. I mean, we have a TON of information really is geared for the younger audience. Just open up your latest issue of Men’s Fitness or Muscle and Fitness. And we are also seeing a lot of information for the Senior crowd. Men and women over the age of 65 where the focus of health and wellness takes on a whole meaning. But there isn’t a lot of information for people like us: men and women who are between these two worlds. We are too young to classify as Seniors, and we can’t quite do the things that we could when we were in High School or college. Or as I like to say, We’re too old for the clubs and too young for discounts. In this episode, here’s what we’ll cover: Why I decided to create the podcast Why there needs to be more information geared towards Men and Women in their 40's and 50's My story and how I lost 100lbs became a fitness professional The challenges that I see men and women are facing today What the topics that the show cover Right click to download the mp3.
