This week we are following through on Laurie's New Year’s Resolution to drink more Spanish Wine with Alvaro Palacios Muro from Bodegas Palacios Remondo in Rioja Spain. We’ll find out more about the region of Rioja, his estate and of course taste his wines!

This week Laurie's tasting some delicious chocolates with Susannah Siger, owner of Ma Petite Shoe, a store that focuses on the 2 things women love most—chocolate and shoes! Just in time for Valentine’s Day, we’ll discuss how the type of chocolate will effect which wines will pair best and we’ll taste a few of my wine picks to share with your sweetheart. Then Laurie's Sweetheart Chef Michael Forster gives you some tips on creating delicious Chocolate Covered Strawberries.

This week we are gearing up for tomorrow’s SuperBowl with Baltimore’s best wings along with great wine and beer pairings. We’ll be joined in studio by Brett Hollander host of Sportsline who will share his predictions for the game!

Laurie is joined in studio by Sommelier Chris Coker from Aggio Baltimore who introduces us to some of his favorite Italian wines that are sure to break you out of the winter doldrums. We’ll taste 4 wines you may not have heard of but need to!
