A 30 minute slow gentle practice where we focus on healing the heart. Wether you are working through grief, heart break or your heart is heavy this practice will help to bring more space, awareness and healing to the heart centre. You will need two yoga bricks and a bolster (or a few folded blankets) and we end in savasana where you have the option to stay as long as you'd like.

This 70 minute class was recorded in my Yoga for Living with Cancer Class but can be used by anyone struggling to balance irregular emotions, frustration, explosive impulses or times when its tricky to express yourself at all! All these are signs of imbalance in the Liver Gallbladder meridian.This session aims to balance the physical body and the energetic body too.We close the class in a reclining version of Supta Baddha Konasana over two bolsters. If you don't have these at home please use cushions or pillows.
