Today marks our 4th year making cocktail video's on the internet. Back in 2008 we posted our first video on youtube entitled Everyday Drinkers: Perfect Mai Tai and today we look back at it all. We explain how we got to here and hopes for our future. We cover the incident with my son and his Leukemia diagnoses (with photos) and show a few clips of video's never before seen on Youtube from our first two guests. It's Saturday night and time for an agave nectar review...but this time it's a liqueur. Yeah, we've got a sweet and flavorful little agave nectar liqueur by Mariposa. Hints of juniper, honey, agave with tequila-like sweetness without the full tequila flavor.

Okay, so it's kinda green, but it has some blue streaks running through it once you top it with blue curacao. So that's like blue, right? The recipe: 1 oz Cachaca, 1 oz Triple Sec, 1 oz Sweet/Sour Mix, 1/3 oz Lime Juice, 1/2 oz Blue Curacao, 4 oz Orange Juice
